Wow the room was very nice and the staff are all well manners I give it 10 out of 10. Next time If I got this hotel at the same price point I will prefer this hotel. It's too good, there's staff was also quite good and honest also all facilities are available and lastly at this price point it was just impressive. Thank you all.

The place is located near the township, so every requirement is within walkable distance. The hotel staff were also very amiable and hospitable, and made sure that our needs were fulfilled. Even for visiting the tourist spots, the receptionist looked for good drivers with affordable prices to travel around Pelling. Overall it was cosy and nice.

Third class hotel there is no basic facilities, seepage in room, no power backup, mineral water not available, almirah are not useable as they are very dusty and dirty, no intercom facility, only one manager, one attainment and one cook to look after all the guest, for every issue you have to call manager on his mobile phone, over all a very bad experience...

The hotel manager along with the staff was not supportive at all. Basic lighting facilities was also lacking . Overall not a good experience. Price of the hotel was also not reasonable according to the property! No assistance was provided for upgradation or anything!

The hotel, the food, the hospitality was amazing. Also Mr. Bhim Soner the manager was so nice person. And the view from this place was mesmerizing.

The location of this place is excellent ,we did not have any food here so won't comment on it, also the manager was very helpful and provided us with an upgrade without charging extra . Excellent hospitality

Hotel is a total mess. Can never imagine such third class service. Negatives point wise: 1. Hotel has no generator backup and power is out for whole 10-12 hours. Can’t even charge the phone. 2. Food is terrible. 3. Bathroom diverter is broken. 4. ⁠No towels provided in room. 5. ⁠WiFi is there but not working maybe due to non recharge of Internet service. 6. ⁠Telephone is provided in room but only for show. Not in use. 7. ⁠No network at the area. No WiFi. Practically, stayed there for 2 days without any network.

They need to maintain some hygiene in terms of bed sheet and pillow cleanliness and power backup was missing and at least the fan should be in the room. Thanks, paritosh

Totally regret booking this hotel, it was very dirty floor were not clean, bathroom was bad and wet, sheets and quilt were dirty. We were just there for a night and prepaid hence we stayed. Staff apart from reception guy were not safe looking. Tv and gyser weren't working power backup issue, electricity was gone.

Window- no lock facility and, food also not good (up to mark)

Had booked a classic room looking at the pics but manager showed us a diff room and then said he'll give a free upgrade which was nothing but the room i booked. Staff were good and supportive and did whatever they could to make our stay pleasant. No running kitchen. In that budget there are better stays nearby.

The hotel team & management are very supportive. They upgrade my room in 1 request only. I prefer everyone to stay here.
