the room was very good and all things were very nice except the tv facility it has not been maintained otherwise the room was too nice and additionally the point was too awesome and the looks seems to be nice.

The hotel was very dirty no shower in the wash room no geyser is working no water boiler is working

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The hotel is located in a great area, making it convenient for travel and access to nearby places. The rooms and amenities were up to the mark, and everything else was quite satisfactory. However, the only downside was the food service. The quality of the food needs improvement, and the delivery time was extremely slow — it took nearly 3 hours for the food to be delivered to my room after placing the order. That was definitely disappointing and should be addressed. Other than that, it's a nice place to stay and I would consider coming back if the food service improves.

ITS A OLD PROPERTY.ROOMS ARE WORST.NOT HYGENIC.FOODS ARE VERY BAD.HOTEL LICENCE SHOULD NOT BE RENWED TILL RENOVATION OF THE PROPRTY.HAD A BITTER EXPERIENCE DURING THE STAY.

The room was excellent. The location is great. All the staff are well behaved and nice. They allowed me late check out on request.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The rooms were extremely dirty, and the bedsheets had patches and a foul smell. To make matters worse, the receptionist and her assistant were very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend staying here.

बहुत ही बेकार एक्सपीरियंस था होटल में बदबू आ रही थी रेस्टोरेंट भी बिल्कुल खराब था ना टाइम पर खाना दिया और सफाई भी ठीक नहीं थी दीवारों से सीलन आ रही थी लकड़ी स्मेल कर रही थी सांस लेना मुश्किल हो रहा था वाईफाई भी नहीं चल रहा था बार-बार शिकायत करने के बाद भी वाईफाई चलाई नहीं ना फोन कर सकते थे ना फोन रिसीव कर सकते थे

no wardrobe or any hanger, bathroom window glass was broken ,wifi was not working . food taste was not so good.no lift and they give u room on 3rd or 4th floor

Hotel was not clean. reception service is very bad. staff service is ok as per their experience. they have kept in experienced staffs

The room is good & clean but the washroom window was broken. Also good price is too high compair to tha other restaurant.

The room's flush was broken and when asked for extra glass it wasn't provided. It's view was good and clean bedding.

Staffs behavior is so humble and services are very good specially location and food, Kanchenjunga view room is awesome with all the amenities and Ms. Tashi, Ravi and Chandan helped our staying so nice.

Just replace the lady sitting as the receptionist. She is very rude, impolite and a very bad human. Bad service for the guests!

Worst hotel in my 10 years of travel. No water, no food, no electricity. No food will be delivered on time. Every day you have to behind them for food.
