The property is awesome. The staff is very cooperative, and the food quality is very good. The room was also very good. However, there was an issue with electricity, but it was also fun having candlelight tea. Overall, no complaints; everything was fine.

Excellent staff, very good room very beautiful hotel. It is a high quality hotel any one can book this hotel who wants quality stay. Only problem lift is not there which may create problem but in pelling maximum hotel does not having lift

Location. Very easy to reach, on the road itself. Room was very nice, and standing at the door i could see kanchanjanga range. The food was also very nice. And the best thing is the staff. Very helpful. Overall i had a wonderful stay

Beautiful view of this place. Excellent location for staying within the heart of upper pelling. Good position to have good view of kanchenjunga. Nice fooding. Good privacy. Wifi and other facilites are also available. Heater is located within the cushion. Bathroom is nice and clean.

No hot water facilities, and there is no one in the hotel to contact over the phone and also physical, no one in the reception also and it’s 8 in the morning

The most enjoyable aspect of our visit was the exceptional attitude displayed by the hotel staff. They were genuinely supportive and genuinely concerned about tourists and their minor requirements. The rooms were warm and inviting. During our stay, we discovered that the heater in the bed was incredibly beneficial. They offered all necessary amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The sight of kanchanjungha from the shared balcony is absolutely stunning. Food was delicious but costly.

The view from the room of the snow capped mountains is the highlight. Other wonderful service is the bed warmer which makes it quite cozy in the winters. Otherwise the facilities are average with the room heater hardly working (i was charged for it too). Hotel is located next to the taxi stand at upper pelling which is ideal for roaming around.

Spent 5 nights at sikkim tourist centre last week. In addition to a spacious and comfortable comfortable room as well as a very understanding and polite set of staff, this place also offers excellent views of the kanchenjunga range from many of it’s rooms. Very ideally located, with many restaurants nearby. An s bi atm is also just across the road.
