Immediate Resolution of Food Order: We deeply regret the error concerning your dinner order, specifically receiving non-Jain items (onion salad and sabji) instead of your requested Jain food (no onion). This mistake occurred due to the significant volume and associated rush within the restaurant at that time. We note that the correct meal was immediately prepared and delivered to you on the spot as soon as the issue was brought to our attention, minimizing the disruption to your dining experience.
