Location is at upper pelling , they don't upgrade despite room being vaccant(complementry upgrade was offered in mmt package), staff is quite unwelcoming and ignorant, wifi doesn't work half the time during night, TV has only free to air channels(Appears as they can't afford recharges),
For room service they never attend at first call, even after you go down to reception and ask for something , it would take an eternity to get to you.
The only Plus point of this Hotel is that it has a Jain Restraunt and food served is good.
But the kind of crowd comes here is mostly rowdy, you can't have peaceful time at this property, They didn't allowed a couple to cut cake in waiting area which was cleaner and have good ambience but compelled them to do that in Restraunt.
They don't have party hall but allow party people to play loud till late night at the cost of peace of all other guests.
During meal timing restraunt view is like a Dharmashala Langer, fully chaotic.
So if you prefer jain like in our case , it is not a good reason to book in this hotel, there is another Pure Veg and Jain food servi g Restraunt in upper pelling.
Based on my personal experience it is not a good place for any peaceful holiday.
Rest is up to individuals taste and liking.
Even MMT doesn't have any control over anything once you paid and checked in the property, they can give you mere 15 20% of amount in form of voucher which can't be clubbed with any other offer at time of another booking.
It was kind of spoiled holiday for us
