Udaan Hotel Pine Crest, Pelling

I recently stayed at this property near Pelling, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, offering breathtaking views that made our trip memorable. The staff were courteous and friendly, which added to the comfort of the stay. However, the service was quite delayed. Despite calling for assistance multiple times, the response time was much longer than expected. This was a bit disappointing as it affected the otherwise great experience. If the management can work on improving the efficiency of their service, this place has the potential to be a top-notch destination for travelers.

Loved it, rooms are spacious with all the basic amenities. We also got to see the mesmerizing view of kanchenjunga in the morning. Special shoutout to the Staff that was exceptionally polite throughout the stay, from warm welcome at the reception to the restaurant. Room service was prompt. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here :)

Excellent location, very close to the market, well maintained property, staff is very friendly, rooms are spacious, food was excellent. Only thing is I booked in advance and was charged extra for the Udaan Hotel Pine Crest, Pelling, the same day booking via MMT or directly was available at around 30% discount.

Fantastic experience, we booked Kanchenjunga duplex suite. My daughters loved it. Vacations means more family time together and the duplex suite helped there. Buffet breakfast was also sufficiently elaborate. Finally a shout out for super service by the staff.

Stay was very comfortable with clean and comfy rooms. The best part was the view of kanchenjunga. The restaurant had a decent vegetarian menu, and the staff were polite and friendly. It's definitely a good stay option for family.

Property was good and the view from the property was awesome. We could view Kanchenjunga from the Udaan Hotel Pine Crest, Pelling itself. The food quality was very nice and the staff was very cooperative and humble.

Amazing property, with breathtaking views of the himalayas. The restaurant food is delicious and the staff was also cooperative and professional.

If you are in pelling you have to be there, staff behavior is in very well manner. Property is very clean and no doubt or second thought to stay another place in pelling. Thanks for giving us amazing stay.

Pine crest is by far the best property available at pelling. The property has a beautiful view of kanchenjunga from most of it's rooms and has a fleet of courteous staff.

The stay was excellent and service was good as well. Food at restaurant was also good. Overall everything was fine.
