Room was neat and clean. Food was average overall good stay..

Amenities are very low quality & no food basket was provided, even there is no bath tub as mentioned in the description.

Hotel location, room size, room cleanliness, food provided in breakfast everything was good. Staff was helpful.

Hotel is not good. They have mentioned multiple facilities but in reality they miss them. Facilities like bath tub, indoor games. They dont even have power backup and i had to take bath in chilling water. Rating mentioned is not at all worth. No slippers, no dental kit.

it's on the main street where all othe hotels are located. biggest problem is there is no guarantee of electricity. it can go anytime and the lady there will not be prompt enough to provide u even a half bucket of hot water for your morning routine. plz don't expect any good food or even close to tasty if u ask. The dinner was tasteless and the chicken wasn't cooked enough. compromise is the only word u can keep along with the memories of this beautiful place pelling.

Really nice experience staying there. Exceeded expectations. The staffs were very helpful and friendly right from the very beginning till the end.

Everything was good, but some of the amenities mentioned on mmt were absent like bathtub, cookies and free fruit basket etc.

The hotel is in an excellent location from where you can easily get a view of the kachanjungha range. The behaviour of the hotel owner and other staff are very friendly and approachable. The room we got was very much neat and clean and especially all the rooms had internet tv which is not very common from a budget hotel point of view. Overall it's a perfect stay.

Every thing is good, located near to sky walk, food is delicious and staff and their services are also good.

We as a family have enjoyed our stay at this hotel. They have been very helpful and accommodated all our requests to the extent possible.

Rooms were clean but there was some problem in toilet. Breakfast menu was very limited and they were taking lots of time to serve it, as just one staff was there and he was also not professional. Day before check out we placed demand for a cab ,they assured us but on the morning they failed to provide cab as per our requirement (Innova/Xylo), after spending few hours they managed a small cab (WagonR). On the morning of check out they failed to provide sufficient quantity of breakfast. So I'll not recommend this property to my friends and relatives.
