Hotel Snow View On Cloud Nine

I had an amazing experience during my last stay at the hotel in Pelling. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home throughout my visit. The highlight, however, was the breathtaking view of Kanchenjunga from the hotel – it was truly a sight to behold! The serene atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made my trip unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pelling!

The hotel was ok. Room was spacious. The view of Kanchenjunga in the morning was excellent. But when we reached there was no power for a long time. Only minimal things were working. The geyser was not working. None of the power points were working because of which we could not charge our phone. At least one or two plugs could be connected to the power backup. The service was not very good. We went down to the restaurant to have dinner. They said that there is a rush and hence they cannot serve us and told that they will serve in our room after some time. But they were very late in serving in our room. We asked for butter rotis. Instead they served us plain rotis and gave butter on the side. There was not enough parking in the hotel for you to load/unload our luggage in the taxi while coming or exiting the hotel.

It was a mixed experience for us. Location of the hotel was good, not too far from the local amenities. Rooms were small and horrible beds which will give you body ache next day. We only ordered breakfast and that was good. Must try their masala Maggie, it was yum. Staff behaviour was polite.

Awesome experience. Peeling without snow view is no option for me . Best of luck guys , you are incredible at your hosting.

Location is Very good , considering the price , 7-8 mins walking distance from centre of the town Food was Excellent Amenities available was average Service was excellent , fast & prompt service

Property was so good. Location is good. Food also ok. We are south indian. Our food is not available. Remaining all are very good. Staff are good.

I recently stayed at Hotel Snow View Cloud Nine and had a mixed experience. Positives: The biggest plus was the excellent Internet connectivity. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, which was a lifesaver since I had to attend an important office video call during my stay. The staff were understanding of my requirements and ensured that I had everything set up to work without interruptions. I really appreciated their support on that front. Areas for Improvement: Unfortunately, there were several areas where the hotel fell short. The food quality was disappointing — it tasted stale and lacked freshness. Early in the morning (around 6:30 AM), we needed warm milk for my 3-year-old baby but there was no staff available in the kitchen or reception to assist, and even phone calls went unanswered. The location, while close to nature, brought its own issues. Opening the bedroom windows invited a lot of flies from the nearby forest, ruining the mountain view experience. In the dining area, I also noticed big spider, which was concerning for hygiene. Despite staying in a "premiere room," there was neither a fan nor an AC — something you would expect at this price point. It also appeared that the hotel was mostly staffed by interns or very junior hotel management graduates, which reflected in the service quality. Overall: While the hotel has potential with its good internet and willingness to help when asked, basic hospitality standards, cleanliness, and service responsiveness need improvement to make the stay truly comfortable

The stay was really good. The staff was also very nice. The view from the hotel was beautiful. It was a very good experience staying there.

The property situated at far away from the centre. We booked executive family room which is below the kitchen so it was noise, moreover room not adequately spacious and the bed was dis comfortable,however they tried to repair after complain, they shouldn't did it before. Food quality is good and the complementary breakfast was excellent. Room service is also markable but starts late.TV was there but dth service is interrupted.Tea kit given not adequately, but they provided after complain.Extra bed provided like old fashioned camp bed they excused as it is old property so extra bed would be like this.

Nice hotel with lots of amenities..Good staff with politeness, food is also good..you will get hot water available.

Our experience is unforgettable. Room quality is excellent. Kanchan Jangha view from hotel balcony is fantastic. Behaviour of hotel staff is very good and friendly. Kitchen service and food quality is excellent. we prefer buffet services. Highly recommend for all visitors of Pelling. Room rate and food service is affordable.

room heater and food quality should be improved other than this all good stuffs are humble and polite.Subhankar dey receptionist and Aenyosh rai food server are very helpful and polite.

The hotel is very nice situated in middle pelling with great view. Staff behaviour was very nice and professional. Specially Ayenosh Rai and Hangmata both ar very good at their job. Food quality was awesom.

The hotel is situated in the middle pelling . It has good mountain view rooms however it depends on weather conditions. Staffs are co-operative. The food served is hot. The hotel is situated in front of the road.

Overall a very nice stay. we got a kanchanjunga view room, but due to weather we couldn't be able to see. Hotel staff are very cooperative . Food services are a bit slow but served hot each time.

The hotel is located in middle pelling. The hotel has a generator of its own. We resided for 2 nights and the electrical power was tripped forever during that time. The hotel provided light using generator and also hot water from kitchen. Not the fault of hotel manager. They did everything that they could. Their food was also good. Only, the power distribution is pathetic in the locality.

Our stay was for 2 nights and wre got a humungous room. However it would have been excellent if that room had a balcony too. Both staff- Hemalata and Shubhankar are extremely polite and helpful. Food is good too. Our stay was quite comfortable apart from the fact that heater was available only at extra charge.

Property very good, well located, food was very good with lots of options and reasonably priced. View of the majestic kanchenjunga was awesome from the room itself. Staff very polite and gave very good service. Room could have provision for 2 chairs and small centre table, rooms are quite compact, but neat and clean. Overall good experience. Thanks mm t
