    The hotel was below average. There was no water in toilets. We had a tough time completing our morning chores. Food is served with a good range of dishes to choose. However, not so tasty. And freshness is to be doubted. I would not recommend this hotel. If you are looking for a 3 star property, this is not your type.

    The services were too delayed. No one was available in the morning till 7.30 and our cab was scheduled for 8 AM. They served the breakfast at 9 AM. Water in the jug was spoiled, no one was available to replace it. It caused bad health.

    Not at all value for money. Room interior was shabby. Bed was not cushioned adequately. Corridor was full of stink smell. Hotel staff not bothered to take my feedback while leaving. Not a pleasant stay.

    Good hotel. Took some time to serve the complementary breakfast. Rooms are very good. Location is very good. Food quality is good. Rates are also very good. I will recommend this to my friends also in future whenever they will visit Pelling.
