Hotel Norling

Very poor service. Overpriced compared to quality of property. Lot of insects in room, does not go well with the vacation mode. Restaurant staff advises to procure food items from outside as it will take time to cook in house.

Not worth money spent. Same range other hotels give good facility. Extra charges for room heater and no lift facility available.

Horrible hotel with no water in toilet with power cut, not provided breakfast, faced hopeless during stay

The hotel was excellent. Our rooms were also very clean and good looking. The view from our balcony was heavenly . The food was nice . The staff was also very cooperative . Overall the experience was amazing.. Thanks !!

It was good stay. View from hotel was great. Spacious and clean room with great support from staff. Food options was limited.

The rooms were clean however donot expect great washrooms and finishing overall fine but the views were astonishing of mount kanchenjunga. The hotel is in middle pelling. The shops are less

very sorry to say that it was a very wrong choice of hotel. photos and factual appearance of hotel differs. there was no electricity in the morning. no water in the room, not even in washroom. complimentary breakfast was worst… we ordered for omelette, the answer was eggs r finished… pathetic condition. rooms r good… but basic necessities r bad… so overall, i rate it as 1. i won’t recommend anyone to book it.

i couldn't check too much because i booked same day hotel was okay but it needs maintenance. food orders for 2 took 1.5 hrs, intercom line broken musty smell and spider webs on walls dust in blankets provided.

I reached hotel and came to know hotel is closed for renovation. After owner confirmation i accepted the room provided but after that very bad experience. No food on time, no hot water, everywhere spiders web. Very bad experience and i did not expect this from make my trip portal.

We booked this hotel for around 5000 but there was a hotel named chiminda at the same price and the hotel was nothing but a low class lodge with non cooperative staff

Hotel norling located at middle pelling is an excellent hotel with beautiful interiors. The rooms are spacious and neat and clean. The staffs are gentle and very much helpful. Tasty homely bengali food is available here. Overall we had a wonderful time at hotel norling. Do visit. You won't regret.

The room was specious, clean to some point but we needed to draw their attention for fresh water and clean bed covers as it was from the time before covid. Staffs were not friendly but it was a good stay as per our budget

Need some safety measures. Renovations also needed

Flexible manager and his team. You will be looked after well including your choice of meals. The mountain view rooms has great view of mt kanchenjunga
The hotel is completely safe with its shutter down. There is ample space to park your car safely

Rooms was spacious. Very good.
