Rooms are exactly as shown in pictures. Amazing views from the room. You can just sit and watch the Mountains.. Interior of the room and the quality of the food is good. The plus point is it's a pure vegetarian hotel. Rooms are like a good four star property.

The stay was awesome....I wld recommend the stay to every family members

Everything great about the location and stay. However the bedsheets were used ones and unclean. Even the bed spread seemed unmaintained.

Happy to stay at this property with my family. the view of Kanchanjunga was awesome. Food quality is also very good.

Clean, direct view to Kanchenjunga from the balcony, friendly and supportive staff. Great food options, including local cuisine. Direct access to MG Road, though you have to use few stairs.

Property’s location and services are awesome. Staffs are very polite and cooperative. Main highlight of this hotel is its mountain view rooms . Mesmerising views from room’s balcony. If weather is clear you can view majestic kanchanjunga from your room’s balcony. Rooms are neat and clean with all necessary amenities. Only con is it serves only vegetarian food and food price is little high .

The room was not as per show at the time of booking on MMT, so I think it was fraud done with us. Very much disappointed

Location wise hotel was good that is upper pelling but the room I booked was mountain view room but at the time of check in they said no your room will be jungle view.I saw that their is non-veg food allowed but it was completely veg though dinner I ordered was good taste wise but complementary breakfast was not good and very limited item's.

Room was not provided with water kettle after multiple reminder even in chilled weather. Even the medical supplies were not provided during medical emergency. It rained that day we enquired for a iron or hair dryer but nothing was provided and not even checked again with the issues we are facing.

View was awesome. Stairs are a bit awkward. First day we ordered food which was very salty and pricy and was communicated to the bearer. We had same food outside next day and it was delicious and costed less.

The stay was wonderful, very helping staff and room's view was fantastic. Definitely would recommend others

Not bad..room condition is ok.. but food price really too much high as per quantity And quality ... Otherwise 2 nights experience is good...

The hotel is good. Everything is neat and clean. food is veg only but delicious. only the entrance has a very steep staircase. it is difficult for aged people having leg problems.

they haven't cleaned the room properly. for asking for towels and drinking water we need to call and ask them 2-3 times

Our experience of staying in this hotel was worst . Rooms are small. We booked for hill / Mountain View room, which was denied at reception of the hotel . While staying we requested for laundry bag , hotel staff replied that they never heard anything called “launder bag”. Basic amenities like - dental kit , shower cap & mineral water were unavailable . Breakfast was with only one option of puri sabji. No fruits , desert was in the list . Entrance of the hotel is pathetic . Staircase was hell down which is very inconvenient with luggage & for elderly people. Room heater is chargeable of 500/- per night . Overall it’s pathetic experience .

Hotel found in makemytrip app. It is the best property situated in upper pelling in respect to location as well as facilities. Additionally, quality of food & staff behavior is also good . All the rooms are neat & clean. Kanchanjanghaa view from the room is excellent.
