Hotel was fine but staff was not good food was fine location was good ....

Excellent stay. in main location. kanchenjunga visible from balcony. food was good and affordable. staff was sweet

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Garuda. The property location is great, views from the terrace and the window are fabulous, staff was helpful and rooms are cozy.

We booked the Deluxe Suite room here. The good thing is that we got a superb view of Kanchenjunga from our room. The hotel is very good (major) location of Pelling. The hotel manager and staff are very friendly. We did not find any major issues staying here for 3-4 days. Rooms are spacious and clean. But lift is not available. Electric Kettle available in room with adequate tea bags, powder milk, coffee and sugar packets. Both Mountain view and City view with balcony. Super!

Room service is zero,blanket is short,spider is everywhere,no almirah,bathroom is dirty,floor also dirty,space is short,TV is not working condition.No mineral water provide.Not airy,short room.we are sr.citizen but they provide underground room.

The food and location is good but the property is very old.

The location of the room is very good. From inside the room, the mountain can be viewed. We had our morning tea in the adjacent veranda with a sight of snow-covered mountain.

Hotel is good, same location in other hotel price is very high, but this hotel price is reasonable, I recommended this hotel for couple, family or group trip 🙂

I stayed there at Oct 24 for one day. Room was good and property was at a good location. At the upper floors clear view of kanchanjangha is visible. It is one of the foremost hotels of pelling, does feels like a heritage building with wooden finish and books at the lobby. What I like most about this hotel is their support staffs. The kids were very sweet and ready to cater our any needs with smiling faces. Looking forward to visiting them again.

Rooms were in bad condition, spiders everywhere. Thank god at least the geyser was working. No heater provided also blankets were small in size. In conclusion avoid it.

Nice location polite staff. Good ambience. Food was nice. No side effects after eating. Found it through mmt

1) the picture and in real, their is a heaven and hell difference. 2) dirty atmosphere 3) they hardly switch on the geyser. You have to literally plead to get it switched on. 4) room service is absolutely zero i will never ever visit this hotel nor i will ever recommend anyone to stay in it

It was a good stay. People are decent and polite. Also very helpfully. View of Kanchenjunga from the Hotel was awesome.

Very nice hotel (Garuda). Location and view is awesome. Bedroom and bathroom are well maintained and hygiene. Food quality also very good. Staff are cooperative and friendly behaviour.

Location was really good. Beautiful view from window, tourist places are nearby and have option of nice food joints while there is a restaurant inside too. Room was big but it was not comfortable. The weather was really hot so fan in the room would have helped. We tried to open the windows but so many insects filled the room which led us to stay suffocated.
