This property is hosted by a very caring lady and we had been alloted a room on the third floor. There is a in house dining facility and the food is good and less spicy.Will surely be recommending. However, Charging points are bit loose.. need to work on that .. otherwise its surely a 'to go' property.

The hotel's prime location is a major plus, making it easy to explore the city. However, the lack of a lift can be inconvenient. Electrical plugs in the room were not working, which was frustrating. While there is a nice view from the terrace, room views are non-existent. Needs improvement in amenities.

Best place to stay hotel was very good at location and very good at staff good food and excellent heigen

The hotel is not good for tourists. Hotel staffs are not cordial and the service is poor.

It was a family vacation and hotel is excellent, staff are very polite. Foods are nice and I would recommend others.

The hotel is at upper Pelling near old helipad. One can see mesmerising Kanchenjunga from your hotel room. The hotel staff are very good in behaviour. They make you feel very comfortable. One thing lacking was there was no heater in room.

It was an eventful experience and the food quality is also very good. I will highly recommend all my friends to spend a day here. The mountain view from the hotel is very charming and its few minutes from the helipad ground.

I visited the property on 27. 05. 2017 and stayed there for 2 nights. The location is excellent. From the balcony you can see the Old Helipad. The balcony is just awesome. The staff are very co-operative and is ready to help you all the time. The rooms are clean and spacious. Only the food is overpriced.

Good property in this budget, location is good, good is average, rooms are clean, staff was friendly, nature wise it's good place where situated the hotel, over all property is good for budget stay.

The attentive personnel in Pelling Pealing make you feel warm in the cold Pelling. We had problems with some services (hot water, wifi), but altogether I liked the place and would recommend it. Good location also, one can simply walk to the helipad. The breakfast aloo paratha is a must-try!

The location of the hotel is decent. The service is quite good. The room was not well-maintained and had a very worn out look. The toilets were not very clean. The overall, cleanliness of the room also not up to the mark. The complementary breakfast was good and the hotel staff were quite courteous. Not value for money.

Nice hotel, good service, hotel people are very cooperative. The food quality was ok and can be improved further. The hotel is in excellent location. Overall, value for money. I will certainly recommend to others who love to have an enriching experience of Mount Kanchenjunga.
