This hotel is very ordinary ......food is extremely average .....most of the rooms are in basement 3 ,4 and 5.Location is also like you have to go deep stairs tool the hotel. Overall it is very overrated hotel and I will not be surprised if MakeMyTrip stops partnership with this one in near future

The hotel was awesome , we really enjoyed it, the manager Dr Nayak and staff was kind and helpful, we 'll definitely recommend our friends and family to visit this property

Excellent as a whole, fooding is very good. Location, amenities & services are superb.

Room was good at 304 while 404 and 405 can be better. geaser was not working but staff was very polite they helped to checkin and luggage carry from road

Location is good. Food can be better. Amenities like blankets need to be cleaned properly Services are overall satisfactory

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made a huge difference in how comfortable I felt during my visit. Everything from the bedding to the bathroom was spotless. What really stood out to me, though, was the staff. Every person I interacted with was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed, and their warm hospitality made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place if you value cleanliness and excellent service.

The picture shown in the website and the actual differs a lot, rooms were unhygienic, ROOMS COVERED MOULDING, beds and bedsheet were not cleaned and had a bad Odour, lack of basic facilities were missing every thing you have to ask them get it done. Total I won't recommend for family to choose this property

Rooms were untidy with big size spiders and earthworms crawling around the room. The entrance of this hotel is even more pathetic, you have to climb down 30 stairs which become even more slippery during rains. The hotel has no lift. You have to climb down and up 3 floors through stairs if your room is at the lowest level. Rooms at the lowest level and also the upper levels do not have any view from the windows, you will get to see only dense trees and jungle. Have attached the view from my room which was at the lowest level. We actually had to cancel 1 day of our stay in this hotel and moved out the next morning. The condition of the bed linen, blanket cover, pillow cover was extremely dirty. We were not even refunded for 1 day that we could not stay in this hotel.

It was good. I found this property over make my trip and food quality was very good and the services provided by them was excellent.

Accessibility to the hotel is a challenge, if you have old persons, then it's a challenge to walk upto the hotel from road. Otherwise, hotel is good, room and its view are nice, staff is good.

Location located where we have to climb stairs down but the beautiful view of kanchanjunga with well maintained room and good complimentary breakfast

The property location is good but they con people like anything ,in the website they potrait view room with all amenities but when you are at the hotel they give you non view kamra type room ,and the property owner stays at upstairs they give you kamra type room and after that they don't allow to go upstairs.

Excellent stay. Booked 2 kanchenjunga deluxe rooms with spacious balconies. The rooms present aesthetic mountain views. The food is excellent at a very affordable price. Staff is very polite. Rooms are very clean and have wooden finish.

The view is good only if you book upper floors , rest everything is good 👍

The view from the room is awesome. But the wooden floor of one room is broken. Behaviour of staffs is not humble.To reach the hotel one has to go down through many steep stairs which is very difficult with luggage and kids.

It's an average hotel. The only plus point is the location. The staff was accommodating and the food was good.

Worst experience ever. Instead of balcony, as mentioned in the description, the provided a ground floor room with varanda. Sewer water was flowing beside varanda. Lot of bad smell, spoiled the whole trip.
