A wonderful stay with all kind of enjoyment, all kind of services. Worth visiting place. The location is at the heart of darjeeling city. walking distance from Chowrasta. A beautiful scenic view from the balcony close to nature. A Perfect Place to Relax. Even all the Staffs are so helpful and courteous. I need to mention the names Mr. Dorjey T Bhutia, Ms. Anisha, Mr. Prem and even all the cleaning staffs, Housekeeping Staffs, Restaurant staffs, everyone was very supportive. Property is well maintained with awesome view. I stayed in premium room with lawn & valley view. I took a chance to explore the spa (it was at a discounted rate of 10% with my stay) and Ms. Rita was an amazing masseuse. However I could only taste their sandwiches as the restaurant was under maintenance & I had to leave early the next day. Overall a good stay. The location of the property (like many other hotels in darjeeling) is far from the main road. No cab can reach the property and you have to take a good 10mins walk.

The door could not be locked...We had to change the lock to manual lock to fix this at the start of the stay....The bathroom was too smalla and overall room was not spacious....The room service did not provide any plates when requsted....The lady at the reception was a bit rude...

The hotel staff were very welcoming they even came to receive us after we reached destination they gave us tea as welcome drink ...food was very amazing as a vegetarian it's wow alcohol free zone and veg restaurant...they even dropped us with our luggage to our car....and the view from the room and their balcony view is like heaven on earth

We stayed at the property from 9th to 11th September 2025 for 3 nights. The property was very nice, the room was good, and the other amenities were also well-maintained. The staff’s behavior and responsiveness were excellent. The only reason I’m not giving a 5-star rating is because there was no mobile network inside the room, and the hotel Wi-Fi also didn’t work there. If that’s not an issue, this is an ideal place to stay—just a 2-minute walk from Saurashtra Mall.

Did not have a smooth checkin experience. The staff at the counter were courteous but not helpful. The room service does nit clean the room by default. Rather you have to call them a few times, drop your keys and leave specific instructions to get the room cleaned. The all vegetarian restaurant was very good though.

Overall stay was good with few drawbacks: Positives: 1. Close to Darjeeling Mall approx 7 mins walking distance 2. View from attached lawn was excellent 3. Food was excellent taste 4. Staff behavior and attention to comfort made a very comfortable stay Negatives; 1. Wifi was not working 2. Approach road to hotel from Mall is narrow and dark after sunset 3. Spotted spiders in room which were removed after complaint to hotel staff

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – close to the main attractions yet peaceful enough to relax. The food was delicious with a good variety, and every meal felt fresh and well-prepared. The views from the property are simply stunning, making mornings and evenings especially memorable. We had a fantastic experience in the Udaan Nirvana Resort, Darjeeling. We had taken the premium valley view room with Balcony. There were 2 balconies and the valley view of the mountains was great. Restaurant served pure veg food which was really good although little bit pricier. Service staff were polite, housekeeping personnel were also very good. Room was neat and clean along with the washroom. It also has a very nice Garden area where one can sit and enjoy food with some breathtaking views of the mountains. I'l deduct 1 point simply because of the location. We had to walk 4-5 minutes downhill from mall road end point to reach the hotel. The problem was we had to walk uphill while going back to the mall road. If you are habituated with trekking no issues go for it but it would be tricky for kids and elderly persons. Also the road from mall road to the hotel is very narrow and not well lit at the night. Also no parking is possible as cars are not allowed in the area. Nearest drop point is Bhanu Bhavan, they will provide porters to carry your luggage from-to Bhanu Bhavan-hotel which is a 10 minute walk. Overall a very good place to enjoy your vacation, much recommended if you love to walk!

Regarding the drinking water, as per standard policy we provide complimentary bottled water, but additional bottles are always available upon request, and we are happy to provide them whenever required. Nice & Cozy Stay during a Monsoon Stay..

Property is just a few mins walk away from Darjeeling Mall. We stayed in Premium Valley View room and luckily we got a nice view of Valley even it was during our monsoon stay ( Rain stopped and we got a view ). If you are really looking for a clam and quite place then the property name will justify that. However, car or bike will not take you to the gate of the property but their people will carry the luggage. Mahakal Temple is very near to the property. Amenities were good.
