The door could not be locked...We had to change the lock to manual lock to fix this at the start of the stay....The bathroom was too smalla and overall room was not spacious....The room service did not provide any plates when requsted....The lady at the reception was a bit rude...

The hotel staff were very welcoming they even came to receive us after we reached destination they gave us tea as welcome drink ...food was very amazing as a vegetarian it's wow alcohol free zone and veg restaurant...they even dropped us with our luggage to our car....and the view from the room and their balcony view is like heaven on earth

We stayed at the property from 9th to 11th September 2025 for 3 nights. The property was very nice, the room was good, and the other amenities were also well-maintained. The staff’s behavior and responsiveness were excellent. The only reason I’m not giving a 5-star rating is because there was no mobile network inside the room, and the hotel Wi-Fi also didn’t work there. If that’s not an issue, this is an ideal place to stay—just a 2-minute walk from Saurashtra Mall.

Did not have a smooth checkin experience. The staff at the counter were courteous but not helpful. The room service does nit clean the room by default. Rather you have to call them a few times, drop your keys and leave specific instructions to get the room cleaned. The all vegetarian restaurant was very good though.

Overall stay was good with few drawbacks: Positives: 1. Close to Darjeeling Mall approx 7 mins walking distance 2. View from attached lawn was excellent 3. Food was excellent taste 4. Staff behavior and attention to comfort made a very comfortable stay Negatives; 1. Wifi was not working 2. Approach road to hotel from Mall is narrow and dark after sunset 3. Spotted spiders in room which were removed after complaint to hotel staff

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – close to the main attractions yet peaceful enough to relax. We had a fantastic experience in the Udaan Nirvana Resort, Darjeeling. We had taken the premium valley view room with Balcony. There were 2 balconies and the valley view of the mountains was great. Restaurant served pure veg food which was really good although little bit pricier. Service staff were polite, housekeeping personnel were also very good. Room was neat and clean along with the washroom. It also has a very nice Garden area where one can sit and enjoy food with some breathtaking views of the mountains. I'l deduct 1 point simply because of the location. We had to walk 4-5 minutes downhill from mall road end point to reach the hotel. The problem was we had to walk uphill while going back to the mall road. If you are habituated with trekking no issues go for it but it would be tricky for kids and elderly persons. Also the road from mall road to the hotel is very narrow and not well lit at the night. Also no parking is possible as cars are not allowed in the area. Nearest drop point is Bhanu Bhavan, they will provide porters to carry your luggage from-to Bhanu Bhavan-hotel which is a 10 minute walk. Overall a very good place to enjoy your vacation, much recommended if you love to walk!

Nice & Cozy Stay during a Monsoon Stay..

Property is just a few mins walk away from Darjeeling Mall. We stayed in Premium Valley View room and luckily we got a nice view of Valley even it was during our monsoon stay ( Rain stopped and we got a view ). If you are really looking for a clam and quite place then the property name will justify that. However, car or bike will not take you to the gate of the property but their people will carry the luggage. Mahakal Temple is very near to the property. Amenities were good.

We booked the best room for 2 days but it had a water leakage problem from the roof. We put a bucket in our room overnight. Although we got shifted to another room after the first day but it was downgraded. We had a chat with the manager and they offered a complimentary dinner but still we had plans to stay in the attic room itself. Otherwise the food, the staff, the view everything else was good.

The Family Room with the mountain view was good. They serve only Vegetarian food. The breakfast menu was good and taste really awesome đź‘Ť. Clean room and the employees were also very polite.

The location was nice but a bit tricky for aged people or having knee issues to reach the hotel because it's down the slope, but the management was nice and helpful. Food is nice. Scenary is nice.

Beautiful Views, But Room Allocation Needs Improvement

We stayed at Nirvana Uran Resort, Darjeeling, for two nights in July during the monsoon. The day we arrived, it was pouring, so we ordered food in our room, which was good. However, there was an initial disappointment — I had booked a lawn-view room with large windows, but the one given had no window at all. Being a bit claustrophobic, this was uncomfortable for me. After some discussion, the staff managed to arrange a room with a window, though the door lock was faulty. Despite these hiccups, I truly enjoyed the property’s open lawn and the breathtaking, clear views of the Darjeeling hills and valleys. With a little more attention to room allocation and maintenance, this place could be a wonderful stay.
