The hotel was good and manager was very friendly we have a good and homely stay

“The hotel is located in Lower Pelling, so if you’re hoping for great mountain views, this may not be the ideal spot. The room quality felt more like a basic lodge—fairly simple and not well-maintained. We also faced issues like non-working lights, which affected the comfort level. However, the service was a strong point—the staff were polite, responsive, and the food served was genuinely good.

The hotel is located in a somewhat remote area, and the approach roads were quite rough, which made getting there a bit difficult. The rooms didn’t fully match the pictures shown — they were decent but could use some improvement in cleanliness and upkeep. That said, the hospitality stood out. Though it’s a small hotel, the staff were helpful — they even arranged hot water for us when there was a power outage, which we appreciated. We were also welcomed with tea on arrival, which was a nice touch after the tiring journey. The breakfast was simple but good, with limited options but well-prepared. Overall, a mixed experience — great service, but infrastructure could be better.

Stay at Green Leaf was good and comfortable. The property is located just outside the city centre making it spacious and greener. A beautiful lawn improves the look of the property. Staff were helpful and courteous. They attended to all our requests promptly. Only suggestion for improvement is a bit more cleanliness in furniture that will further improve the stay experience.

Very good experience , upper rooms has good views, worth of money, don’t expect like resort, but overall good. Nearby pure vegetarian also available outside, it’s at lower pelling, garden area has good views,

Location is Good not near Market or shop. Food, amenities and service is excellent. staff is very helpful and cooperative. hotel outside atmosphere amazing.

Location is good. However the cleanliness has a lot to improve. The room was smelly, bathroom fittings were poor, even the curtains were dirty.

Secluded location with beautiful kanchenjunga view. But I was a little disappointed with the room service, very very slow and lacked enough people to maintain the property.

The facilities in the hotel and the view of kanchenjungha are beautiful, but the hotel is located at a slight remote place and the road leading to it from main city is not in good condition. Food here is good and the staffs are also cordial to your need.

I have found the property through the location provided by the hotel at makemytrip. The food was good but the amenities may be better especially regarding providing hot water.

Not a good resort to stay here, room heater not provided they demanding for extra charge. Power supply problem no backup generator available.

Beautiful property with lush green gardens and comfortable and clean stay. They upgraded our rooms on arrival. Little away from center. You need to have own vehicle or taxi services. Food was good. No other restaurants nearby. Staff was greatly hospitable and helpful.

We were given premium rooms. Rooms were poorly maintained. It is claimed a resort but it is no where a resort. this as 3 star hotel but thats not true. Basic amneties are missing. Photos are not true representation of premium rooms. Food quality is poor. Bread butter is given without butter when asked to give butter they denied it. All options mentioned in menu are not available. Hotel is 3 kms away from market so no option to go and eat out anywhere. Extra bed is of poor hygiene and matterss put over it was bigger than bed due to which it was falling and hotel had no options. Too many insects flying in room with no option of coil or repellent. Its a low budget lodge and definitely not 3 star.

The rooms and services available were very poor. No hot water availability and there were so many insects and dangerous creatures entering the room. Even side walls were with puffed wooden walls and warms in that. We stayed in the basement rooms and it's been terrible stay.

No hyigine, blankets and bed was smelling badly, bed bugs issue. Pathetic food and worst hospitality.

Very good staff. Good stay 1. 5 kms away from main circle, otherwise property and maintenance is good.
