property was excellent.. the room provided to us had a top knotch view . Totally worth staying at this hotel.. would recommend anyone visiting namchi or nearby places to stay at cherry resort

Great place but worst stay ever in sikkim, compared to the cost for the stay we could have got way better rooms, i was with my japanese friend who was very conscious about cleanness and the bathroom scene was soo terrible 😢, the poop was floating in it, ewww.... and also they don't have the food options they only have chinese meals.

I had a pleasant stay overall! The rooms were spacious, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was genuinely delicious — every meal was enjoyable. The property has a lot of potential, and with a bit more attention to maintenance and upkeep, it could offer an even better experience. A few small improvements in this area would really elevate the overall stay. Still, a good place to relax and unwind. I’d consider coming back!

Rooms are not maintained at all. Furnitures, curtains and bedsheets were old and dirty. Rooms lacks basic amenities like kettle and tea coffee etc. There was a tv which did not work. Wifi was non-functional. No item were available from restaurant menu. We had to take dinned buffet, which was terrible. However property manager was welcoming and courteous.

Good and spacious and beautiful place to stay for few days. We spent wonderful time while we are staying there.

Horrible experience at cherry resort. The only plus point is it's location and surrounding scenic beauty. The resort it self is simply an over priced holiday home. They take lot of money but fail to provide what they commit. Not even basic amenities they provide what a regular one star hotel usually provides. No working tv, no wifi, no toiletries, no intercom, bathroom door lock non functioning, lights not working, furnitures are broken some times, wall plasters coming off, wall paints fell off, no regular drinking water provided at room. Uncomfortable noisy beds, no security at all. Shabby look everywhere, utmost i'll maintained interior. Food is homely but extremely overpriced. A single egg omlette costs rs 80! the star rating is absolutely mismatched. It should cost maximum 1500 per head per day including all meals. My suggestion. Don't go for it. Just visit temi and stay elsewhere. If you book. You will feel sorry. Take my words. You should be careful regarding place of interest of customer and your suggested hotels. I searched for hotel in ravangla and your second option was heritage yangang which is neither in ravangla and nor in its near proximity (30km away in hills) i searched for hotels in namchi, you suggested cherry resort which is 1hour away from namchi. Are you kidding me?

Most of the wooden materials are damaged. Plaster of the room are damaged some places. Plastic chairs are broken. Room is not upto the mark in tune with money

We went cherry resort as a newly married couple, moreover honeymoon couple. It was a memorable experience staying at the resort. Location is wonderful in the lap of magnificent temi tea garden. Rooms are big, food quality is very good. Staff behaviour is very friendly and services are good. I gave them 4. 5 star out of 5.

Got mixed feelings about this place. The food was absolutely pathetic, i had booked stay for one night with complimentary breakfast. All they did serve for breakfast is bread and jam, i felt cheated on that account. The location is fabulous, it is overlooking a tea estate with cold yet fragrant atmosphere. So if you are booking for a stay here, consider dining outside.

Amidst rain showers ans mountain this place looks so beautiful, during day the light is amazing which comes handy to click photos! And the famous balcony with Kanchanzunga in backdrop is breathtaking

Big spacious rooms amidst tea garden but lacking in basic facilities like intercom, room heater, water jug etc. The view from the balcony is awesome.

Great location for staying and great food.

360-degree view, Kanchenjunga view, lots of cherry blossoms. Crisp chill air, clear night sky made our stay too peaceful. NH 710 will give you a very good experience of traveling to Sikkim through Namchi town. Temi tea garden is the best place for serenity. It's heaven for those travelers who love offbeat and serene place.

Room service is very bad, nobody ask water and food.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It's not a 3 star luxury hotels, but all basic amenities are there. Location was excellent.

One expects a warm colonial plushness from an imperial tea garden - but you get a cold concrete building, with no fireplaces. The food is also average, but the place is managed as well as it can be by the helpful manager. Everything is spotlessly clean, and all the staff very pleasant.

It was great. Can visit again ... Awesome location ... Not so good food quality. No renowned brand of alcohol or water available. Plates that we ordered to our room, were kept outside of ourroom for 3 days. Not a professional as well as a hyginic habit. Authority should look into this.
