I booked this property for one night, after check in i noticed that the television set top box was missing, i asked the room attendant to get it sorted. But i received a blunt reply that it won't be done. I approached the man at the reception and to my utter dismay i found that man to be extremely arrogant, initially he said it will be fixed in half an hour, later he said contact mm t because the booking has been done through them. In a service industry this kind of arrogant and substandard behaviour is not expected. In fact i complained regarding this to mm t and even after 48 hrs i am yet to receive a proper response. Avoid this property at all costs.

Hotel's location was very nice and it's near to MG Marg you can get good vegetarian hotels if you prefer. If not you get good food in hotels. The service was excellent. Overall our stay was excellent.
