My stay at orchid lords eco inn was good except for an issue regarding the hotel service. The water service of the hotel was disappointing. Other than this my stay at the hotel was satisfying.

Not too good not too bad fairly good location hotel.

Average stay on overpriced hote

familyWe stayed in their premium room for days. Here are some observations during the stay. Pro: the hotel is situated in a prime location and near mg marg, has a shortcut road inside the hotel. Room is spacious with excellent mountain view. Hotel stuffs are coutrious. 24x7 water facilities with geyser. Cons: even after booking the premium room we have not received the necessary toiletries and when asked they told they are out of stock not sure how they are managing their guest schedule with stock. Breakfast had limited options and not filling in quick interval. Looks like they are running the hotel with under stuff. Premium rooms are on the top floor and without a lift which we feel very hectic after coming from a local site tour or from market. Overall with this price range its a overpriced hotel and guests can expect much more facilities within this price range.

Hotel location is good. Rooms and bathrooms are clean but rooms are small in size. Additionally this hotel has facility to go to mg marg from back side stairs directly which is very convinient. Pols note stairs at backside are not in proper condition. There is an issue with tea and food facility in this hotel. Charges for 1 cup tea is 80rs which is very high(almost double) in comparision to other hotels which i stayed for same price ranges.

Decent hotel at a great location on the m g road, the prime shopping area. Staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms are small. But goot view. Fairly noisy though.

My stay was very comfortable. Warm welcome at the front desk. Ms. Lee-om at front desk was very helpful. There restaurant was close for that day due to some wedding so whenever i ordered food she came to give the food. Only one suggesting please keep more tv channels. Thank you lords. Looking forward to stay in other properties.

familyNo parking, very very congested rooms, very limited staff, poor serving of breakfast, very costly. We need to beg them for hot water every time and room service is pathetic. The only positive aspect is the location.
