They don't have food service, room service, no water nothing

Worst hotel in MG Marg Gangtok, misbehaving receptions staff, Mr. Abhijit is a worst personnel. Please don’t visits.

No power not water not heater and bed was so bad and room staff is arrogant and my night stay is pathetic

This is the worst hotel that I have stayed in my life. Room Service is pathetic and to make the matter worse geyser does not work properly. The furnitures were very old. No room heater was provided. The rooms are so small and bad smell always coming out from the rooms. We booked there for 4 nights but were compelled to check out next day due to bad environment, my 4 nights booking amount was lost due to that but mental bliss is more satisfying than money. As we were travelling as couple, we felt that it is not couple friendly at all. MMP should rate this hotel worse. If you want to stay in MG MARG area lots of good hotels are available there in this budget.

Super service and good behaviour every staff. Location is good and best fooding service, location easy

The Hotel Room is very small and Forcely adjust in 3 Person.

Most wrist property next time please don't ref-fer any one, most 3rd class property, bed sheet room service everything bad

There room service not responding well, after repeatedly remind but no response, order something & send something overall very poor service.

Service and condition of room is pathetic. Plugs were not working, unhygienic bathrooms.

Hotel room like 400 to 500 rooms. Service is very bad. Many time water shortage. Also electricity problem.

Property location is awesome, exactly in mg marg market and rest of the things are not upto the mark

Poor bed and towel, no heater electric kettle/soap/shampoo, room service phone and tv were disconnected

The room and bathroom had mold, the toilet seat was broken. We changed room twice, all rooms were bad and smelly. We checked out of the hotel within 30 mins and went to another hotel.

Not very well maintained. Bathroom mat is missing,, electric kettle doesn't work. Tv doesn't work. Regular cleaning is not done.

I really enjoyed in Doma residency. must Visited place. really enjoyed the break fast😊

Hotel was not so good and the quality of food was hilarious rooms was not properly clean very dirty room. Staff was okay but timing was very very poor everything was late. Very bad experience

Service was too good and stay is also quite good and staffs were verily good hope to visit this hotel soon.

Good hospitality. Comfortable stay. We are in this for the third time. We always get comfortable stay in this hotel. Everyone can stay comfortably in this property. .
