It was a very pleasant stay with the cosmos hotel. We have booked the suite room; it was very comfortable and spacious. Staff behavior was very good, the receptionist was also very polite and the service is awesome.

Hotel was overall good experience but I would like to note down few things for improvement - The washrooms were really small even the suite room washroom was not upto the mark . The hot water supply duration was hardly 3 mins and then it takes another 15 mins to reheat the water , it's impossible to bathe properly. Dental kits and other toiletries were not provided being it a suite room . Delay in services Rest the room was comfortable , feel was good staff was humble . Food taste was also good .

We recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at Hotel Cosmos. The bathroom was impeccably clean and well-stocked with amenities, including good quality towels, a hairdryer, and reliable hot water. While the breakfast was just adequate for our tastes, the overall service was fantastic. The staff was incredibly cooperative and helpful. A great example was their quick response when I inquired about laundry: they immediately provided an iron and iron board so I could quickly press my two shirts. The hotel's location is a major plus. I highly recommend Hotel Cosmos, especially because the market, shops, and restaurants (including good non-vegetarian options) are all within easy walking distance.

The property is on Tibet Road and very near to MG Marg, just 1-2 minutes walking distance. They serve only vegetarian foods. Breakfast span was limited but quality and taste was quite good. We dined only once and food is quite costly. We booked a suit room. The washroom was small with no ventilation. Cleanliness of the hotel was quite good. Service needs to be improved. Mr. Gyalpo was awesome. Gyalpo and proximity to MG Road are the main reasons we stayed there for two consecutive times at a gap of 3.5 years. Thanks Gyalpo for your awesome service.

The receptionist were very unfriendly and rude as if we were staying there for free.. They caused inconvenience to us by not answering the phone calls and giving any facilities like hotels should. Had a very terrible experience and wouldn’t recommended anyone to stay there

The room is mediocre No AC, no ceiling fan, if you complain you are given a stand fan. The stand fan placed in the room looks very bad. And gives a bit of a low quality feel
