don't book it. public urinals are more clean than the rooms they provide.

Never seen the receptionist while I was staying in this hotel, so may cups are provided while ni spoon is found in the room

Very bad experience. Bathroom flace not working. No one attends the room service. Also no one attends on call.

The location is good. It is near mg marg of Gangtok. The market starts just from the doorstep of this lodge. One problem is that there is no supply of food. The manager supplied only tea bags, sugar & milk powder for the morning. The room & washroom condition is average.

Smack Dead middle of the tourist hub in Gangtok. Too each its own I guess.

The most unorganized indiscipline hotel I have ever stay. They do not have a minimum facility like providing a plate to eat. I am requesting company to remove this hotel from there list. It will create negative impact on MMT. In one it is the worst hotel ever.

Booked two with view rooms. However for first day they gave us only one view rooms as it wasn't available. No room service facility was provided.

It is nice place to MG Marg, cooperate staff.

Not good for both food and lodging

The hotel is in the midst of Lal bazaar near Denzong cinema. The suite room is very spacious, view from the window is absolutely mind blowing but there is no staff, room service and pax phone, restaurant inside the hotel. One more most important point that Suite bathroom is very unhygienic and dirty.

Our stay was really good, the staff was ready supportive, and were present at our convenience.

Hotel location is very good and close to MG mark. Food is not available. But if you lie pay then they can arrange. Service is also very good.

Location is excellent. Room with good view. It is nearby market area.
