Very polite and professional staff. Value for money stay. Walking distance from MG Marg.

All the staff are very co-operative in nature. The property location on the road very near to MG mall road. services are very good.

Towels were not sufficient for guests. wifi was not working. There was no ventilation in the room. Service wass not satisfactory

Hotel Kasturi is a budget friendly hotel in a good location. It is also a pure vegetarian hotel. For a family of 4 it is a good choice

located on road and near SNT bus stand. we were provided with dirty linen. floor mat was also dirty. bathroom floor was slippery. foul smell from bathroom made our stay difficult. there was casual response from staffs. in a word we had horrible stay in the hotel

The hotel was good with basic facilities , bathroom was clean too. However few sockets weren't working ...also the tv wasn't working.

I stayed here with my parents for 2 days. Hotel’s location, view from my room and behaviour of staff were too good.. I enjoyed staying

Washroom is not proper and clear,booked for 4 days and on 2nd day water had gone from morning and the nxt day Power supply gone but they did not have any supplimentary and reason is hotel is full that's why..the room quality very bad as I had booked super deluxe double bedrooms.

Located at bus stand/taxi stand. Stay was ok. Couldnot get good sleep since room was facing taxi stand and there was continuous movement late night and early morning. Rooms were descent and clean.

Stay was just satisfactory. Hotel has allocated my room to some one else however adjusted me by giving two rooms. Tea was very bad but food was satisfactory. Staff behaviour was good. Hotel is infront of rank a taxi stand so it's good for hiring a taxi. Mg marg is just walkable distance ( about 500 mtr. Overall stay was just satisfactory except morning tea. I have no image

Hotel location from mg marg is near and staf are so good and his behaviour is nice. I suggetion to book this hotel for batter view of kanchanjangha mountain.

Location is good around 300 hundred meter distance from mg road. Hotel is good for vegetarian but the service is not good. Room are not clean, nobody available in morning for service, price of the room is not match the quality. The rent of the room not more than 1200.
