Location was fine. The room was not what we had expected it to be. The intercom did not work and in-spite of repeated complaints nothing was done about it. The room could be more hygienic with proper ventilation in the washroom. The staffs were very warm and friendly.

Worst Hotel in Gangtok
Worst Hotel, bad location, 15 min walk from M. G. Market, room is very small, bathroom is not clean, no room service, food is very costly and not value for money, not recommend to stay here.

Beautiful. Only its a bit far from MG route. Perfect for adventurous people . The owner is an amazing guy and a great host . The facilities are A class and all are extremely friendly. Love the stay there .

The location of the hotel was good with proper transport facility and near by restaurants and cafeteria. We hardly have to wait for a taxi. The best part of the hotel was the location of the hotel and the services provided by the staff of the hotel. We enjoyed a lot. Whenever we will visit in Gangtok again we will like to stay in samrat residency.

The all room and bathroom is also good. Nice hotel
Room location is very good. The behaviour of all staff is polite. Room service is also good. If any person choose a better hotel in Gangtok I personally recommended to book this hotel to see the evening scene.

Not good it's just normal
Very small room and bathroom is too small and so small weardroop Ordinary tv set, view of room not good, Bed is not good. Blankets not clean. Bedcover not clean, dirty pillows and covers, rooms should clean everyday.

Amazing views of Kanchanjangha.
It was a nice stay. Foods are good and rates are reasonable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Services are also good. The views of the ranges of Kanchanjangha and the valley from the hotel corridor are amazing.

Nice hotel on road. Service was good room size is OK. Rooms are clean . . Food was good but little costly ... It was business trip and my first stay in this hotel ... Good experience ... Easily find taxi ...
