Hangsaha Regency

Room is specious and nice mountain view. But the service of hotel is very bad. No staff is there to serve any kind of service. Food taste is average but does not serve proper dinner no mineral water available in room. Thanks

Our stay was extremely comfortable and the staffs of the hotels were very delightful and eager to help. Cuisines were so ver tasty. Amenities were also great.

Superb experience with this hotel. Cuisines were delicious and the room was neat n clean. I had a lovely view from my room. The hotel also had a large parking space. 👍

The rooms were very neat and clean. We could also enjoy the charming view of the mountains from our room. Even i loved the dishes i ordered from their kitchen. The overall hospitality is really appreciable.

Would you believe if I say that it is more like a lodge or PG which gets closed after 10pm. You will see a shutter in front of reception after 10 pm. staff is unprofessional, there are so many issues that I could point out but better I don't. because they are not well trained as u mentioned it is a lodge not a hotel. breakfast was good but their Nepali thali was pathetic. Jali huyi daal and stale vegetable in Nepali thaali.

Horrible place its a 1* 1000 rs hotel room. Rooms are next to public bathroom it stinks like anything. At night hotel there are no staff also. They charge crazy money for worst food highly not recommended.

Bad approach, very inconvenient to commute from mg marg( cab charges 200 rs one way. Dirty linen. No clean drinking water. Very steep staircase, not recommended for elderly. Room looks nothing like what is shown. Would rate this as a 1. 5 star hotel. Cab availabilty is an issue from the hotel and you end up paying high charges for reserve cabs.

Food quality was not upto the mark. Overall hygiene and cleanliness was substandard. The hotel's location is quite far from the city.

Kms from mg road, great place to stay if you’re planning to visit north or east sikkim. If you have your own vehicle then it’s a great place, if you’re into sharing cab, you might find it a little far from the cabs which take you to north/east sikkim. But the management and staffs are so good that they would manage it for you. Hygiene of room and food is good.

Rooms were excellent and well decorated, and the staffs were very responsive and cooperative. We also could relish the panoramic view of mountains from room. Food were also hygienic with reasonable price.

as discussed on the call regarding my stay at hangs-aha regency hotel on 15th oct at sikkim. Please find below the problems faced by me and my family and would appreciate your prompt resolution for the same. 1. We reached the hotel around 5-6pm ist on 15-oct and we were already tired from a long journey, and then we were denied entry to the hotel as manager mentioned that we don’t have staff to serve you today. 2. He showed me that he has not given any confirmation to mm t for this booking. 3. I was stuck in that situation and tried looking for some other hotel nearby for accommodation but couldn’t find any rooms as all the hotels were packed. 4. I came back to hangs-aha regency and requested for accommodation since we don’t have any other hotel. The manager mentioned that we’ve only 2 back side rooms available as of now but we cannot provide you accommodation as you will give negative reviews of our hotel and that will impact my ratings. 5. After some arguments, he did agree to provide the accommodation but the rooms were not the same as listed. I was fooled on that part. I don’t know how come you have such a rating to such a pathetic hotel. 6. I’ll attach some of the pictures of the room that i could capture on what the condition was. My parents felt suffocated in that room because of foul smell and no window which was promised to us. I paid for 2 room for 1 night and this is how the service is provided? 7. Then next, come the breakfast. The breakfast has poori which was so hard to chew and only bread toast for us. Is this what we mean by breakfast?
