Added to that, there wasn't enough space in the room for in room dining and suffocating too. I stayed in this hotel for 5 times so far but never felt like this. I could also see few bigger rooms in the category which were unoccupied but not alloted to us. Everything else is top notch. Food..Service..Hospitality...A big 👍

The hotel doesn't look like a 4 star hotel. It is more of 3 star. The water refill is done using reused plastic bottles instead of glass bottles. When asked they said they don't have extra glass bottles. The rooms are also like a 3 star where bathrooms are small and not in best of the condition.

4 star doesn’t suit this hotel

No parking, no vallet parking but they have 4 star. If we ask they will say, it’s already given in website. We can park outside and take a cab and come back. The floor spacing is like a home not a hotel and the rooms are very small for premium category. So if you are looking for a 4 star facility, you will be disappointed. I

familyWe booked a standard room but it was very small and ms. Chumsang upgraded our room to family and it was very nice. She was very helpful. I recommend to stay in family room. Clean and hygienic.
