The hotel is very good. From the room sightseeing view was really impressed. It's restaurant is very large and well maintained but lunch and dinner items are too costly even i took breakfast additionally with hotel rent. The breakfast was too good.

The rooms were good and spacious. But the room service is under staffed. For instance it took them one entire day to just take out the trash from our room. On the good side- the staff is very helpful and courteous. The place is well kept. With a little extra staffing this could be one of the best stays in gangtok within a reasonable budget.

The room size is small compared to what shown, there is weak power backup and we have to spent whole night in dark and the hotel said they don't have diesel to run the genset. On asking for alternative arrangements to other hotel or refund the manager asked to speak to make my trip for refund. So it was a bad experience overall.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We stayed in this hotel for a total of 3 days. It was one of my best hotel stay experiences in gangtok. It is a little bit far from the mg market, but taxis are readily available just outside the hotel, providing convenient access to mg market or any other attractions. The north sikkim taxi stand is very close to this hotel. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful. Whether it was offering local recommendations or promptly addressing any requests, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The restaurant served delicious food, and the view from the room was simply breathtaking. A truly memorable experience.

soloI stayed in this hotel for 9 days. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. Strongly recommended.
