It was pleasant atmosphere in hotel. Location, room service, cleanliness were excellent, facilities like availability of hot water, electronic gadgets ( tv, electric kettle), free wifi also available. Moreover the view from hotel room and cooperation received from hotel owner for hiring vehicle for local trip was beyond my expectations. Overall nice experience.

The Hotel is located at a distance from MG Marg to be more specific Upper Burtuk but the staves and especially the owner lady was amazing and was soo cooperative. Room service was to the point, scenic beauty is spellbound and clealiness is remarkable. I became sick there and they were so lenient they arranged for doctor. Thankyou Parasol Inn ❤️

Good but needs to improve

Food is not available during off season. No nearby restaurants to eat. Have to order from dash sikkim. The staffs are good and hygiene is also maintained. Location is little away from main city centre and taxi stand. Vajra cinemas is the nearest taxi stand which is a 30 minutes walk. Rooms are very nice and clean.

familyThe hotel had worst service. Nothing promised was provided. We had booked a triple bed, mountain view room through mmt, on reaching we found no such room exists in the hotel. They do not have a manager, no proper staff to help with the luggage. We were supposed to receive welcome drink, water was also given after calling them three times. The tv was not working, wifi was not available, intercom did not exist. The hotel is 3 kms away from mg marg.
