Avianna Gangtok Prime Hotel & Spa Near MG Marg

My recent 3-night stay at Hotel Aviana Prime was truly unforgettable. I booked two rooms, a deluxe and an executive, for my family of six, including two seniors and a child. To our delight, the Avianna Gangtok Prime Hotel & Spa Near MG Marg staff (courtesy Ms. Varsha) upgraded our deluxe room to an executive room, which was a lovely bonus. The Avianna Gangtok Prime Hotel & Spa Near MG Marg's prime location made exploring a breeze, with MG Marg easily accessible via a foot bridge. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job. We'd leave our keys at reception for cleaning, and upon returning from sightseeing, everything would be tidy and in order. The executive rooms offered excellent view of the mountains from balcony. There is 24X7 hot water as well. The food was exceptional, with a delectable breakfast spread featuring multiple North Indian, South Indian, and continental options. The Avianna Gangtok Prime Hotel & Spa Near MG Marg even offered packed breakfasts for early departures. We also enjoyed lunch and dinner from their restaurant, where the staff kindly accommodated our requests for milder dishes. Special thanks to Restaurant Manager Tshering and staff Ritesh for ensuring a wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend Hotel Aviana Prime – I'd give it more than 5 stars if possible!

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was truly outstanding. Our room offered a breathtaking view of the mountains, and the Avianna Gangtok Prime Hotel & Spa Near MG Marg’s central location near MG Marg made everything easily accessible. The food was delicious, and the restaurant staff were incredibly courteous—special thanks to Ritesh and Sewak for their warm and attentive service. A heartfelt thank you to Varsha Dey,(Manager), who truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Whether it was arranging food on time, getting us a cab, or even providing an umbrella during the rain—she took care of every little detail with a smile. Her dedication and care made a significant difference in our experience. This has been one of the best displays of hospitality I’ve experienced in recent times, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Avianna Gangtok to anyone visiting Gangtok. Thank you once again for a memorable stay!

We had booked a executive room with balcony with mountain view. The staff were very cordial while attending us. They have a restaurant also, were we only had our morning breakfast and it was good. The most important pros is their proximity to MG Marg and a newly open mall West point. And also you get some time to park and catch vehicle as it is just in front of taxi parking and mall. They are having a spa which we missed to experience. All other promised amenities where as per expectation. I have uploaded the views from the balcony of our alloted room.

First and foremost excellent location - footbridge to MG Marg just in front, taxi stand just beside the Avianna Gangtok Prime Hotel & Spa Near MG Marg, and West Side Mall just beside. Additionally clean and warm rooms, amazing views from balcony and very good service. Breakfast spread is also sufficient but lacks non veg options. In summers, rooms can be uncomfortable due to no AC or fans.

Aviana prime Avianna Gangtok Prime Hotel & Spa Near MG Marg location is one of the best as its 1 min walking distance from MG Marg and at the heart of Gangtok. Rooms are very spacious and well maintained with balcony and valley view. Breakfast is really good and lot of options. Staffs are good. In 6k price range its very good option and value for money. Highly recommend.

Stay was extremely comfortable, location is prime very near to M.G. Marg. Next to west point mall. Hotel service is very good and fast. Varsha, was the manager there and made sure to look to all amenities and services. Check in and check out quite smooth. Family friendly as well as kid friendly Avianna Gangtok Prime Hotel & Spa Near MG Marg.

Had a wonderful stay at Aviana Prime Hotel & Spa. The service was lovely, with a great location and beautiful views from the balcony and large window inside the room. Food was really good, and a special shoutout to Shristika and Varsha at the Front Desk, and Arjun at the restaurant for their exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended!

Stayed in this property for 3 nights and 4 days with family. My rating will be 8/10. Location - 10/10 ( Just 5 min walking from MG Marg and just beside West point mall) Service - 9/10 Staff behaviour - 8/10 ( 1 bad behaviour in restaurant otherwise pretty polite and helpful behaviour) Food - 5/10 ( Need super improvement in food quality)

The Avianna Gangtok Prime Hotel & Spa Near MG Marg is located at a very nice location near to M G Market where most of the tourists prefer to spend the evening. The food is nice. We reached late in the night when the scheduled time of restaurant was over, but they arranged some food for us.
