my experience was great the staff were really nice and cooperative,it was such an amazing experience but I only had one Problem I couldn't figure why the fan wasn't working

Room was very good , in 2nd floor through which we can se see the entire view , and about the food although it has limited menu but it was more than enough.

Most facilities including the behaviour of room service were excellent. But the washroom and towels were not clean enough. Food was warm and savoury but they only serve vegetarian dishes which was not previously mentioned.

the location was good but the property was not well maintained, it was confirmed that the lift is there and functional but from the date of check-in till the date of check-out in 7days stay the lift was not functional at all, we were allocated room on 5th floor and used stairs in our entire 7days stay also the Wi-Fi signal was very poor in room and was not fixed, we used our own Airtel mobile data. TV was not in function and was changed on first day after complain.There was repeated signal loss in TV. The buffet was of maximum 2 varieties which is ok to eat. There is lack of proactive service. My suggestion is at least the fundamental amenties should function like lift Wi-Fi and TV signals in every room I need alert maintenance.

property was good,location was good but facility is zero..no lift facility due to maintainance, they cannot provide minarel water,they cannot provide chilled water,they have not provided wash room usage like shower gel,no dental kit,nothing

Worst Hotel please do not say I was charged 100 rupees extra for service and 600 extra for additional one day stay although deal was for same price initially please avoid this hotel

I gave it a 4 because of the food. They couldn't serve what I wanted and i felt like the price was unreasonable. Other than that everything was perfect

Overall, my experience was pleasant and comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities such as fresh towels, toiletries, and a comfortable bed. The housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping everything tidy.

Room, service, food, view and staff vishal and vikash all were amazing. They were quick in everything l. If you are in gangtok its worth staying in this hotel

location was ok. Room was smelling bad. Food is ok. Breakfast was horrible with very few varieties without fruit and sprouts . Behavior of the staffs were good.

No trained staff available, be it reception or house keeping all are unprofessional. TV was not working, electric kettle not working. When asked housekeeping they were laughing. Set top box was changed later after much follow up. Electric kettle changed but the one given was so smelly that couldn’t use it. Worst stay - Guys please avoid you can get many good hotels at this price. Also very limited choice in breakfast . Dont go by the Exterior their rooms toilets amenities are terrible. Have asked them to provide mosquito repellents but they said there is no mosquito in their property- such a rude reply.

Locality is ok, but worst thing is room not maintained proper cleaning. Water heater not working.smell is coming in check in time.. no pressure in Health faucet. Room service is not good. Response is poor. Only positive thing is Resturant food is good & Fresh. Remaining all is poor.
