The towels, quilt, and pillow covers were not clean, which made my stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the curtains were not properly placed. The cupboard was also broken.

DEAR SURAJIT SEN THANK YOU FOR THE STAY, GEYSER WATER IS OF 25 LTRS HOT WATER SO AFTER 1 USE AT LEAST 10 MINUTES WAITING IS THERE ELSE YOU CAN ORDER HOT WATER IN THE HOTEL WHICH WE PROVIDE TO GUESTS IF NEEDED.

It was a very good stay at this hotel. I went to Gangtok for office work near Kishan Market. And this hotel was a great choice at a walking distance. High quality room with perfect location. Price is also reasonable.

Rooms are very spacious, neat and clean. Hotel staffs are very coordinating and very polite behaviour. They also provided milk for my kid without any charge. Breakfast was very delicious. All markets nearby. This hotel has separate parking too.

The hotel has zero things working from lift to room telephone to jet spray to plug socket. And when we complaint about it, they did not even bother to fix it properly. After a day things stopped working again. Lift not working plug socket not working room telephone not working jet spray is broken maintenance of the hotel is very poor and they are least concerned about the customers need. Believe me this hotel is not good at all. Don't go by the ratings, the amount of money i paid for this hotel is not worth at all. The only thing i liked there is food and the kitchen staff. They are quite polite and served us well.

Did not get proper service didn't even get any aminities which was promised like hair dryer and all. We have carry our own luggefge to the 3rd floor as there is no lift or attendance.
