Hotel location was good, while cleanliness needs improvement cobwebs on curtains were noted during our two days stay and the food wasn't that great..on the positive side,the staff were exceptionally cordial and helpful, special thanks to there manager Mr, Jayesh sharma who was particularly helpful and made our stay more pleasant..

The area around the Norbu House was safe and peaceful. It took some time to reach the Norbu House. The room was good but there was no fan. AC was functioning well. The staff at the Norbu House are well disciplined. The service was quick but the food was not that good. The washroom was clean.

Property is so good. Staff behaviour is also good. I didn't take food so can't tell this. Only i suggest to them look at your lilen. I found some unclean portion over there but also tell they are immediately replaced with clean one. I enjoy my stay till now. Thank you.
