Sumitel Shangrila

I really loved the vibe and the overall ambience of the place... it had a great atmosphere. However, the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the single fan provided didn’t help much, making it quite difficult to relax or sleep. A better cooling option would have really improved the stay.

Food is good but they take lot of time to deliver.Location is excellant.They need to inform about hot water system as ut takes lot of time to get hot water almost 30 minutes.With family then becomes difficult to taje care morning chorus quickly.Also they do not infirm this in advance

All the staffs were really friendly and helpful. Room service was quick and the rooms were clean . Will definitely visit again since the location was also really convenient.
