Palm Grove Suites Inn & Spa

Location is excellent, on NH 10, very near to SMIT. Food is good, though a bit costly. Swimming pool is there, services are also good. Staffs are courteous. Property has lift. Probably of power cut is there, generator service present, but some problem remains.

I stayed at this hotel from 3rd to 7th september during my official visit to gangtok. Overall i enjoyed the stay and the food here. Room was very spacious and full of all necessary amenities. All staff were very courteous. Pros: pool side rooms have good views. Cons: tv size is small.

While the room was clean, could not get sealed water bottle. Was stocked out. And seemed to be short staffed when hotel was supposed to be completely booked.

A decent hotel near smit, majitar with good food and well behaved staff. Foods are expensive. Impressive pool and very nice view.

Best hotel found in gangtok, real 4 star rated hotel in that hilly area, best family hotel in that region

Location is excellent; didnt have much chance to taste food except the breakfast. Swimming pool was there but under maintenance; but apart from that hotel is exceptionally well maintained and courteous staff all across the hotel. They just dont know to say no to you and will do everything to fulfill your ask

The ac doesn’t work well even after telling about the issue to hotel staff no one came to look after the issue

Well maintained rooms. Very good behaviour of staffs. But the matter of concern is that even during power cut, they are very reluctant to start the generator.

Rude behavior from staff, booked for a double bed, but provided with a single bed. When asked for a room change, staff replied with, you can stay or you can leave the hotel. Very rude behavior

You hv to stand in bathtub to take shower. Very bad.

Hotel rooms are okay, but the food service is very bad. They are themselves confused about the servings. Not expected from such big hotels. Also i booked the room with breakfast but it's service is also very bad. They took over an hour to serve the a loo parathas that were there on the menu for breakfast. Ridiculous experience never booking this stay with breakfast again. Overpriced overhyped.

Excellent location on main road just outside sumit main gate food is awesome with large variety. Staff is well trained and very courteous. Proper hygiene is maintained.

I had a nice pool side room, which was upgraded one and also upon complaining ac ineffectiveness they moved to a better room. Food was average with less quantity but services were satisfactory

There was supposed to be a spa but that is not available. Gym is also not fully equipped. Mmt should not mention facilities which are not there
