perfect location. Open space, fresh air, excellent food and nice staff. Although one night, washroom block ho gaya tha but I think kuch bhi kabhi bhi ho sakta hai . Overall- excellent stay

Not that Nice. Only Location and View is great
The Property Location and the View is Great, The staff is well behaved, but the service is very poor. Said to bring water 10 times, still no service. Also the Duplex Rooms have a shared balcony because of which you need to be careful to get privacy..

Good Stay
Overall the Property is Good. Services were prompt. Food was Tasty. The only drawback of the property is that it is located far away from the city. Cabs or taxis charge very high to reach there. There is no Mobile network available at the property and you have to depend on wifi.

Terrible Stay
It’s terrible experience as front desk manager is very rude, reported to manager but nothing much done Mentality of management is how we can get maximum out of customer without giving them facility. Not recommended at all Restaurant “Grain” is good

Poor Stay
Rooms are clean and worth the price however Food and Internet is worst in the hotel. This hotel not a resort has a vegetarian restaurant with 50% functional menu which is made with same oily gravy. The food taste is pathetic and full of oil. the chef does not know how to cook. Bar tender is a joke, worst part is hotel is situated in an isolated place where you can't find an alternate food solution and without internet life is boring here. It broke my heart paying 18% GST for terrible food.

Rooms: 4/5 Rooms are comfortable... Value for money stay... Premium experience in basic value for money Service: 5/5 Courteous staff.. Very helpful and hospitable... Prompt... Pure veg with options of drink... Best restaurant in veg option.. Location: 3/5 It is far from gangtok around 8kms...road is not in a good shape

Good Stay
coupleStay was overall good but there was no curtain available for the doors. We took luxury room with balcony, balcony view was nice. Food was ok except a few items like lasagna which was not at all good. And rasgulla were hard. Not a good experience in that case.

Excellent location, friendly staff and amazing see
The location of the hotel is excellent and away from the crowd with magnificent views of the hills/dense forest. It's a bit 25-30 min away from mg marg but cabs are available (wagonr 500 bucks one side on private basis) easily from the main market. It's a perfect hotel and i would recommend if someone wants to live closer to nature rather than the concrete jungle that is there near mg road or other places. Staff is amazing and serves you with a big smile and it's for all. Food is also good with reasonable price (i have read some reviews that prices are high but considering my experience, prices are very reasonable considering a 4 star hotel except i felt for one thing which is hot gulab jamun with icecream. Again the price is fine but size of the sweet was small. Vegetarian people would like this more as it's a pure vegetarian hotel although alcohol is there. I stayed in room 102 and 104 both are family rooms. 102 can accommodate 4 members easily and 104 is bigger than 102. Both the rooms give excellent views right from your room. If you gets 101 or 104 it's a big plus and they have more space in attic area. Would definitely recommend.
