We a had a nice stay with good food. The room was very big with all facilities and had a good room. Hot water service was available 27/7. The staff was very helpful. Had a good service. Nice ambiemce with good view of mountain and nature. No issues at all and peaceful stay. The staff helped with the room change as well when geyser had a issue in the room. The restaurant food was also good. For vegetarians it was a good veg food options available.

It's a best hotel at this price point, rooms are very specious, washroom are neat and clean, 24hrs hot water moreover you get a balcony. Hotel staff are polite and very well mannered. Only problem which i felt is inhouse restaurant is costly and you won't find any budget friendly restaurants nearby.

We stayed for 3 nights with our big family. We love our experience and would definitely will come back. The staff service is top notch and more than satisfactory, every time we wanted something the staff would bring or get it ready straight away without much delay. We have 4 children and they did their best to provide the best service even during difficult situations. Thank you for excellent customer service.

Stay was decent and room was good. Room service was also good. Location is also close to mg road. Hospitality is also very good. But food is below average and very expensive. Food can be a lot better. One of the fe hotels in gangtok which has an elevator.
