Location is very good, view is very good specially from rooms facing mountains , other amenities is good, staff behavior is very cordial and polite 5

Hospitality was good, rooms are well cleaned & all staffs are very well behaved. View from the hotel was nice.

The rooms were good just the point of improvement that could be made is the menu of the daily breakfast. Everyday they have idli and sambar and switch between poha and up-ma

Good friendly staff with a nice location. The hotel was earlier known by royal oaks so most drivers know it by that name. The restaurant isn’t the balcony view anymore.

Food was very good, staff was very helpful and very professional. We had a fabulous stay.

Visited with my family. Hotels infrastructure was good. Rooms were nice. But bathrooms were old. Lift was missing. Breakfast was very disappointing. They only have two items in menu. Idli sambhar and puri sbzi. They start breakfast too late that if u have to leave hotel early morning for sightseeing then u have to wait till 8. 30 am. Finally i will give three star.

The hotel has reopened under new ownership and so there are some initial problems but the attitude of the staff is very good. They are always smiling and cooperative. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and cleaned daily if the guest requires it. Mattress is comfortable. The view from the valley facing rooms is excellent and snow-capped mountains can be seen. Recommended.

No water not a sin-gal plug working in the room /only one item in breakfast entire staff are rod & arrogance very bad /worst/zero value of your money/never suggest and stay

Supportive staff. Good budget hotel

We stayed there for 2nights 3days (24th-25th dec, 2020. Location is good if someone wants to stay far from crowd. Hotel was also clean and room service was good. However, in one of the rooms hot water was not coming and they also did not provide any housekeeping service for at least one day. This might be due to lack of staffs during this pandemic situation. Otherwise for a short stay, this hotel is recommended during summer.

Comfortable stay but view was not great. Food is nice but slightly over priced. Location quite close to the City centre but away from the hustle and bustle. Over all good.

However food was not up to the mark

Hotel is good and cozy. Was expecting balcony and view of mountains as shown in pictures. But wasn't there so a bit disappointed. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Toiletries are taken care of along with hair dryer which is the best part. Location is really good. Staff is very good and helpful. Breakfast is bit disappointing. Since its 4 stars I expected a good spread with choice of omelette and sausage. They give just boiled eggs. They need to work out on breakfast spread. I will give it 4 star.

Good location, nice room with a good view, comfortable bed, bathroom needs maintenance and breakfast though tasty needs a better spread!

Room is good, price high, only draw back was no heater in the room, blanket were not enough to with stand cold.
