Stay is nice, and the staff are cooperative and helpful. Rooms are clean and had a pleasant day.

The room had a damp smell and the washroom was dirty.

Finding property through google food is goof amenities are excellent view is fantastic

the service was very bad nothing in the room we have to call each time for each thing food quality is very bad

Our experience at this hotel was disappointing. We found a live earthworm crawling on the bed, which is completely unacceptable for any standard of hospitality. When we called reception and asked for the supervisor, they initially sent a housekeeping staff member who later claimed to be the supervisor. Only after insisting did they admit the actual supervisor was not even present at the hotel. They did upgrade our room after the incident, and the new room was better, but the initial experience left a very bad impression. Also, if you’re planning to book this hotel for the pool, think again. The pool is poorly maintained and definitely not worth using. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on cleanliness and management response.

The staff and arrangements were not up to mark. The restaurant, bar, spa and swimming pool were not working. The staff was unaware of lots of rules and procedures and tried to overcharge for food.

Comfortable stay at a serene location with friendly and helpful staff. The food was good too, however it was a little pricey as per Gangtok prices. There was running water 24x7 with a geyser option. However, the taps, toilet seat and the jet sprays were loose & broken. Suggest the hotel manager to look into it as it's very crucial for tourists who want to stay for long🙏🏻

room service is very poor.2 night couldn't watch the tv as well,after complaining technician used to come and say I am coming,and the problem was not resolved.There were no wifi connection in my selected room.Disgusting.

Hotel location is interior ,no welcome drinks,no Spa etc as mentioned in the amenities .Service was not adequate and rate below than average. Only limited food options are available and served.
