Hotel is slightly away from m. G. Marg but it is ok staffs are good but food slightly costly overall we had a great time in this hotel

But I would like to be refund from my booking in Rabney residency, Tashiding, Sikkim, India where they refused my booking for personal reasons!

Very good food and service. Location is too high.

Nothing is good. 1. No cleanliness 2. Smelling bedding and blankets 3. Stained bedding 5. Dusted floor 6. Mosquitos 7. Termites in bed Do avoid.
Bedding was stained and bad odor was coming from blankets.

This is one of those places where you realize that giving one star rating is too high. Everyone behaved like the owner of the place, while when confronted over the issues everyone runs. The only one who remains realizes the mistake only because you're accompanied by a govt officer. Water is served in dirty glasses smelly dirty, dal for dinner is prepared around noon and is served cold(by prepare I meant boiled and have some salt in it. Tea is one of the worst at this place and they serve it immediately after 45-55 minutes after placing the order. Intercom is available in some of the rooms and work 50% of the time. Not that they understand your order for the rare successful connection to the reception and you actually have to walk up to reception or kitchen or wherever all the hotel staff is. They also have this branded mineral water because what's in the name with transparent tape as it's seal which somehow costs INR35 per liter. Normal tap water is served in open jugs and you just need to find a way to cover it with a paper or whatever it is you could arrange on your own. Washrooms are small 2/5th the size of the room and does not even have a complementary soap, tissue roll is already wet in 2/3 rooms for us. But what washroom have is water on the floor as it has been cleaned in haste, and spider webs all over the geyser and door and over the window(which is opposite to another hotel's window if you think to open it. TVs in the rooms are 14" wide CRTs, which anyhow does not work. Dustbins in the room are broken and does not open from the paddle. Cupboard can't store a jacket or shirt straight to its length. Kitchen hygiene is really poor and the rooms smells like they haven't been open in a while. The spare bedding also smells the same. This place is that Kala teeka on gangtok's hospitality which makes it resistant to the bad omens which the tourist like myself brings. Offline they asked us 3 times the amount for the standard rooms to what it was on a common hotel booking app. P.S. We were with our parents.

It's a cheap rate hotel. But staff is very much friendly and helpful. Overall I enjoy my tour very much.

Only the location of this hotel is good. But you have loads of other hotels in or around the same vicinity. Room service is pretty poor. It's like they have taken money just to dump you in a garbage and then forget about you. Turn deaf on your asks/problems. Choose this only if you have no other option left. If you are going there for multiple days, I would suggest to only choose a hotel for your first night and then go ahead and checkout hotels by yourself. Most of the hotels have the same issue. At least something which you find comfortable would have your mind in peace for your vacation.
Staff was not clean.
Entering the room was like entering an area just after a dust storm. It was dust all over. Dirty bed sheets. It was like you pay a premium to smell and lie down on dirt.

. Only quite far from Bus Stop . But environment was awesome Gangtok is simply awesome . But feels bad . Not able to see Thangue lake

Awesome. The service was of supreme order... Timely complimentary... Hot water.. Clean bed sheets. Walking distance from MG Marg.. No problems... Suggestions... Install LCD tvs Genuine advice for fellow travellers... Based on what I have experienced... Don't go for package Tours if you are visiting Sikkim or Darjeeling... Local Gov't. Run information centre can assist you well.. Also there are sightseeing facility on sharing basis to nathula pass and other places. Just contact your hotel or get list of travel operators from tourist information centre at. MG Road. Gangtok... You will save lots of money.. Also carry your Id Cards for every family member who are visiting Nathula Pass... Thanks to MMT.

Good place to stay, hotel staff is cooperative, I stayed 4 nights comfortably. Cheap and best hotel.

Good stay .. Clean rooms ... Hotel service is food ... But the food at the hotel was not good at all. Good service ... Location is slightly above the town ... But easily accessible through cab ...

The location was nearby but as it is a hill station it is on bit higher side but not far away, its almost 500 from mg marg. Hotel staff were good and supportive. Food was good, but 1 day in dinner the chicken curry was bit smelly, however they have adjusted the amount at the time of billing

Room is located at a very nice place. Nice view from the window. Had all facilities including warm water for Bath. The staff were friendly and helpful all throughout our stay. It is a affordable place at an affordable price.

Nice hotel. Easily accessible Almost in the center of the city. Main market is max 15 mins by car. Hotel staff is very helping and understand the situations of check-in and checkout of a tourist and is flexible in that sense. Overall nice place to stay.

excellent hotel and staff are very kind and helpful beds are cosy and comfort... very near to mg road and ridge park..manager helped us to get cab at reasonable rate while it's raining... overall I suggest this place with my whole heart

Good location and great service. Were very happy with services. Although the stay was short yet the staff and management was very supportive. Breakfast was also good. Travel desk is also good. They can arrange the sight seeing
