excellent service and clean...the incharge is very polite and helpful...the location is also great...walking distance to mg marg...

Overall nice and comfortable stay. Room size was decent. Though there was no mountain view not even partial. Amenities were there as promised apart from dental kit

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Great property with excellent view. Clean and cozy rooms with warm embrace. Walking distance from mg marg. Easy to locate also. Great food taste but the service is something that needs to be worked upon. All in all a great place to stay.

No tv as per booking specifications of facilities had to ask for everything from tea to coffee. I won't come to this hotel again

Everything is good in the room, but the land line connection was opened, not able to contact from room through the landlines.

I strongly recommend hotel helia in gangtok. The staff are well behaved and cultured. Support service staff are well assigned for guest pleasure stay or for great holidays. The food is excellent. The manager or front door staff is highly organized and well listener. Her listening & delivering on requirements are out of the scale. Indeed it is hotel but once we left we felt that we were leaving our home. Thanks hotel helia team.
