Hotel Ninamma

It’s good and clean. I like it very much, and next time I visit, I’ll stay at this hotel again because it has a really good view.

The location was very convenient — close to the bus stand and just a 10-minute walk from MG Marg. The room and washroom were neat and clean. The food was tasty, though the quantity could be improved. The staff were polite and helpful, and room service was provided daily. Suggestions: If possible, an exhaust fan could be installed in the washroom. There was also an issue with the geyser not working properly. Additionally, mosquito repellent liquid was not provided — including this would enhance the overall stay.

Horrible! The room wasn’t clean and when asked, was told that the housekeeper would come only once a day. Finally, we borrowed the broom to clean the floor. On Food, he wouldn’t give extra at all. It’s all limited!

Excellent stay, family enjoyed stay. Near to Mg road, Staff so cooperative, limited food options, awesome mountain views from balcony.

I found this property through Google maps and booked it for a stay with my family , The stay was really peaceful.The staffs are very responsive and supportive.Food in the restaurant was good. The room and bathroom size is a little bit small comparatively.One pillar inside the room was very disturbing for movement,lighting and watching TV which was a design issue while construction. Housekeeping was good.The location is very close to MG Marg and bus terminal which was very impressive.

Hotel is about 8 min walking distance from mg marg and very near to snot busstand. Club rooms have excellent valley view. Rooms as well as the washroom are neat and clean. Service of the staffs are very good. Mr sameer deserves a special mention who is always ready to help with a smile in his face. Would definitely recommend the club rooms.

I had kanchenjunga view from room. Hotel location near mg marg, 10 minutes walking distance. Room size big. Service was good. There was damp on wall. Otherwise i would give a five star review.

One of the best hotels of gangtok. 10 minutes walking distance from mg marg, 5 minutes walking distance from snot bus stand. You can see kanchanjungha from your balcony if you’re lucky enough. Budget hotel with every single facility. Safe for couples also. Close to main road but very silent place. Will stay again if we visit gangtok again.

Very clean hotel and rooms. All staff is very cooperative and well behaved. Mg market, snot bus stand is near by too. You should ad this hotel in your trip for a excellent stay.

It is a good hotel with a good view. Staffs are very good and cooperative. It is about 8 to 900 mtrs away from mg road. Food is veg but very good.

Perfect hotel in low price, good for either personal or family visit, very polite staff and excellent services given by them.

Hotel is pleasantly located at a mountain top along with many nearby shops. The view from the room is mesmerizing every morning. It's in close proximity with the nearby markets, therefore, reducing the need to hire taxi every-time you want to go to any market. Food is of top quality no need to go anywhere else. I went for dinner to outside hotels i was utterly disappointed with quality and taste. The only downside would be this hotel provides only vegetarian food and no non-vegetarian food. But quality of the vegetarian food they provide is of top notch with a very good menu to select from. Plus since i was traveling with kids, they accommodated with less spicy kids food too. Staff was very cooperative and always ready to help. Room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels and sheets were provided everyday during my stay. To sum up, if i visit gangtok again in future i will choose this hotel again.

in original the hotel is not to good. Bathroom is not well. Only room is better. The road of hotel is narrow. It is 20 minutes walking from mg mark. But the price is very high.
