Very prime location, food is excellent and staff is also very coparetive

Cleaning is not good , wash room was so dirty,

Only issue was geyser was not working in our room also WIFI was getting disconnected simultaneously. Otherwise it is good

Food not good, half of the menu is not available. Wifi is extremely bad. Not worth for the price. Room is good

The rooms were really good and nice. But the travel desk was not good , they forgot to arrange permits even after multiple calls. better not to rely on them

Good hotel to stay. Limited food options in breakfast and dinner. Hotel is located nearby m g marg.

We stayed here for 3 night, me my wife and 2 kids. we chosen premium executive view room. Room size is decent, not much big, but fair. The room was well maintained,and the outside view was also good. but one bad thing was a big pillar inside the room that destroyed the room's beauty and space. The room had a nice maintained washroom with 60 ltr big geyser and a Kohler brand bathtub which was a surprise for us. hotel staff was nice and polite, they treated us very well. food was just ok, morning breakfast was not having much option, daily they had Idly, sambhar , bread, cheese, tea , omelette in manue , just one thing they keep changes with Poha or upma or puri bhaji. hotel location is also good, it's near to 500 mtr of MG road but you have to walk very steap on hill overall good experience.

amazing hotel, I would recommend visiting there. The Food was delicious. I liked it. The room was clean and the staff was so caring.

Finding the property was easy to me as i know certain location where i can take. Stay experience was too good. Staff are very chill and polite in nature. The main thing which i don't like was restaurant. Charging a 750ml of coke for 120 and adding taxes on that which makes the bill of 142 and actual mrp is 40 rs for the same. Rest other food pricing and everything is fine. Food is tasty no doubt.

Pleasant stay! staffs were helpful and warm welcoming. Good food and ambience was plesant. Rooms and washrooms were spacious however they should install showercabins. Few minutes away from mg road, avoid going on saturdays as the market is shut. Hosever resturants and cafes will be opened.

The room was nice and clean and had a great view of mt. Kanchanjunga. The room service was also very prompt and the staff were polite and helpful. Overall, a good experience and definitely recommended.
