Room is good. But no AC in room because at tha time is warmer and staf is so unhelpful

I stayed in Family suite on fifth floor, stafs were very helpful and food service is good. Dhiren (Manager)was always helping me with stay and arranging trips of Gangtok. Only problem is there is no Lift service.

Nice and Clean property. Amenities in the room were good. Food was good. Overall pleasant eperience.

It was a wonderful stay. The staff was very courteous. They provided all the things we needed for the stay. Rooms were cozy, fitted with a room heater (a great option for winter stay). Food is okaish. we liked the neat and elegant designs of the hotel lobby. Good place for taking photos and enjoy with a group.

Cleanliness and in room services were good. They can do better on their breakfast buffet menu........

Stay was very nice. Hotel helped with nice cab facilities for sightseeing. Suggestions provided for sightseeing were very helpful. Also all the cabs provided were on time.

I booked the suite room, 501...which was excellent from all aspects except the room is on the 5th floor ...but on 14 th April, we experienced majestic Kanchenjungha . The valley view is also great. Manager -Vishal is very helpful. The only small drawback is the distance, which is around 800 mts from MG Road otherwise it's an excellent property to book

Excellent hotel close to MG Marg sikkim. Cleanliness was very good, Restaurant is good, food was tasty. Breakfast taste was very good. Staff was very friendly and was ready to help with trip details. Manager Vishal very helpful, had made checkout done at 1 pm, since we were coming late after gangtok sightseeing. Bathroom was small and Breakfast spread can be better. However whatever served was tasty and clean

The location is really good, with views of Kanchenjunga on a clear day from the mountain view rooms and restaurant. However there is no soundproofing. The view was great ...we could see Mount Kanchenjunga from the hotel on a clear day. However the washroom a musty smell and the linens were not changed daily.

An excellent stay in all aspects. Great food, Great maintenance, Kanchanjungha View (depending on cloud), great hospitality, and almost all amenities. The Bathroom was slight small but that will never be a dealbreaker. The cleanliness was top notch and the food is delicious. Close to M.G. Marg and Lal market on Jeewan Thang Marg Development Area, walkable distance to MG Marg but since it is on downhill will be a bit tiring to walk for 15-20 minutes. You can opt for a local taxi which will cost ₹200 but you can try to bargain. The Hotel allows unmarried couples and needs Voter Card / Passport for Gobt Identification. You can contact Hotel reception for sikkim sight seeing cabs as well.

Rating: 5/5 Overall, I highly recommend The Nettle and Fern for its outstanding services and picturesque setting.

The hotel staffs is very cooperative especially the manager mr dhiren, the rooms are nice and cleans, food are great and the location is walkable distance from mg road.
