HOTEL LHAMA RESIDENCY

Location was not up to the expectation, room service was horrible

I come with my family. Hotel staff were good. But the lodge located in height

There was no water in the room. Only fixed food menu was available that too half cooked. There was no management in the hotel. TV in the room was not working. The image mentioned in the web site was completely different from the original. The facility mentioned in the web Page was not available in the hotel like Free WiFi Internet, Gift/souvenir shop, Newspaper, Fitness Centre etc.

Very poor. I am very annoyed from this hotel. Room is very small. Service is not good. Food facility is very poor. For my advice nobody can take this hotel. And also he is very costly. After all we are not satisfied for this hotel.

Hotel is far from MG Marg. If you want to go market, without taxi you cannot. Hotel service is very average. In the morning, no water in toilet and geyser is also not working most of the time. Not a well-maintained hotel. Place is quiet, no problem to stay.

The one showed in the pic is only the imagination that they would like ot have hotel. Practically the hotel is not good at all for the price we paid ... The room should only be costing 1500 max. Morning during check out the hotel was locked from inside and there was no one at reception due to which we got delayed t check out and just was able to reach airport at bhagdogra .. An got the flight as it was delayed for 15 mint.

Hotel is far from MG Marg without taxi, cannot go to MG Marg. Hotel service is very poor. In the morning, no water in toilet and geyser is also not working most of the time. There is only person named manager who look after all the services. Other staff were ineffective and inexperience. Other good hotel are available near MG Marg in cheaper rate with good services. Stay in the hotel in not worthwhile.

Hotel is far of from am. G. Marg, You need to walk little bit up the hill, Location is very difficult to trace, Hot water was not available in the morning, Better not to opt for complimentary Breakfast it is simply waste of money, Only good thing is hotel staff was very cooperative and provided very good service.

I dont recommend this hotel. Service was very poor, staff was unprofessional, not good on location, restaurant was with very poor facilities. Taxi drivers have never heard of Lamaz. Wasted money &time. Stay was very unpleasant

Service was so slow and unprofessional. Moreover our stuff was taken by the cleaning crew from our bags. I never experienced any theft in my life from any tourist location. This hotel sucks. I suggest you to look for better options. This is not worth it.
