Aureva Tara Palace - 300 Mts from MG Road

My stay at this hotel was a major letdown. Despite being marketed as a "premium" hotel, the services were extremely poor. Our room was not cleaned even once during our stay, and we had to repeatedly ask for basic necessities like drinking water. The breakfast provided was of very poor quality and had limited options. For the price we paid, we expected a comfortable and hassle-free experience, but received neither. I cannot recommend this hotel to any traveler.

Hotel was not where it was mentioned on website. No parking available. Room condition is very bad. Rooms are very small and smells very bad. This property should be removed from your website.

The property is well located however the services are terrible and unacceptable. We stayed in room no 105. Here are the detailed unprofessionalism from them 1. The first thing we discovered that the room service telephone is not working. on repeated request, they brought a new handset , only to discover the phone line is broken from outside. During our stay they didn't even fix that and we had to adjust without room service. 2. The TV does not work. I noticed that the cable line is kept open and the TV remote does not have batteries. Again they came up with excuse that the tv wire is broken by monkey and people are on the way to fix it. ultimately they did not fix it. My question is whey they didn't check the room whether the basic services are working or not before assigning the room to us. Never ever choose thia pathetic hotel for your Gangtok stay.

Location is good, Best budget hotel super deluxe room. Need to improve power backup facility and In house restaurant food price but lot of good restaurant just 100 meters and mall only 5 min walk

The experience is pathetic.... paying more than 5.4k per day for a room the amenities are terrible.... Hot water is not available 24*7 it is available only for 2 hours at morning and night and when hot water is available there is no cold water. So basically you end up with boiling water for 2 hours and freezing cold water rest of the time...... There is no Power Back-up in hotel, if there is a load shedding you will end up enjoying candle light stay! TV doesn't work, if you ask for a glass they end up giving you cup as there is no glass available in hotel. Book the hotel at your own risk!

they don't have any amenities mentioned, no geyser, hot water supplied in bucket when asked, no television, no functional lift, no mini freeze,no toiletries or mineral water. basically they had nothing working as such in hotel and this issue was faced by people staying at my floor when I confirmed

Pleasant stay at the hotel, kudos to the staff for being helpful. There was an issue with the check-in which took a while to be sorted and the intercom needs to be working, which I hope was a temporary thing.

We stayed only on the 14th of March but we paid 14th to 16th March they couldn't accept it and we were checked out They agreed to refund but now they can't pick up the phone please do the needful. I have a document

Room is good but on the name of amenities I want to give -10. Just horrible experience on the name of amenities also staff not at coperated at all. So just an horrible experience.

Rooms are clean. but the hotel has next to no service. water availability is a big issue. The hotel is low on manpower. Even the lifts aren't working

It was a horrible experience. the room that I booked was not given, Rather they gave a downgraded horrible room with dirty and torn bedsheets and pillow cover and the room was super dirty. Complained several times to the receptionist but no one bothered. Stinky & Dim rooms. Was not as shown . Will never recommended or even search this hotel. Bad Bad Bad experience. Also to mention, executives are horrible and don't help you, rather they create more problems. Guys please search other hotels. This one is horrible.

Room was not ready to be given. Staff service is very very poor. Hotel location is average. Staff service was very very poor . TV did not work after repeated reminders to the hotel staffs. Room key is not available to the guests. Staffs were not cooperative at all. Very terrible experience faced after paying such a high amount of money to this hotel. Very Bad hotel........Hotel charged 2500 per day.....and make my trip confirm booking 1050 per day.... after confirming from their staff make my trip booking open..... after booking they said no room here..... very poor service

location is great. room services terrible. geyser not working properly. I booked for 3 nights. but didn't get a single day clean my room. toiletries are provided only for one day.
