With a week's vacation in hand me any wife planned for a quick trip to sikkim. However owing to the fact that me being a frequent business traveller always wanted to experience a homestay away from the buzzes of city life than a Malinggo Cottages || Mountain View with Balcony Luxury Cottage stay. And it proves beyond doubt that taking the choice of staying at ma-lingo homestay was not at all proved to be wrong for us. From the moment we initiated the journey, the owner mr. Paul rai was in constant touch with me to ease the locational access of the property. The hospitality received by mr. Paul and his family members really made us touch our heart. Such a homely atmosphere was really something i was personally looking out for a relaxing vacation due to my hectic work schedule and business travel. The rooms were very clean and sanitized and all their family members took such a special care, we never felt we were away from our own homes. All the food that we had during our stay was properly cooked and organically produced in mr rai own farm. What sets apart a homestay from a Malinggo Cottages || Mountain View with Balcony Luxury Cottage stay is that 'special touch ' of personal caring and it was such a pleasure for me to learn so much about sikkim culture and their food habits and had some long conversations with mr rai and his family members over the bonfire in the chilly night. Thank you all not only for gifting me such a relaxing vacation but also find a good friend of mine from the mountains. Looking forward to visit again here.

excellent locale , clean and comfortable rooms, delicious and wholesome home style meals! my room with its own little balcony had an amazing view of the beautiful hills and the snow- capped kanchenjunga peak on clear mornings ! the icing on the cake is the warm hospitality of the host family - mr. paul rai and his family are the most welcoming host family you could wish for! i enjoyed a week of quiet tranquility , serene mountain views , nature walks with amazing foliage, friendly locals and little waterfalls ! perfect choice for a calming break away from the bustle of city life ! will come back ! thank you malinggo homestay for this beautiful experience ! 🙏

The property is suitable for every kind of stay. The location was a bit hard to find the destination. The rooms were good and comfortable and clean with basic facilities. The staff was very friendly. Overall stay was good.

Went along with family for a holiday in Sikkim. Booked our stay at Malinggo Homestay for the entire duration. It turned out to be a great experience.The owner, himself called us to understand our requirements. The place where we stayed is built of wood/bamboo on a concrete foundation. The place was well furnished and spacious for a family. The place is surrounded by mountains and in the midst of greenery. My children and wife enjoyed their stay immensely. The food is simple and similar to what we eat at home. Food was excellent. The staff and owner also were always available to help us. The pet dogs and cat at the Home stay were a real surprise very friendly. The welcome drink, prepared at home by owner family in the traditional way, was refreshing. We requested him to arrange for sight seeing also, to which he responded immediately. The guides/drivers arranged by him were excellent. One of our most memorable holidays.
