Good Stay

Excellent Stay
Stay was comfortable with clean and comfy rooms. The restaurant had decent vegetarian menu and the staff were polite and friendly. Definitely a good stay option for family.

Excellent Stay
We stayed at Hotel Keepsa for 2 nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is really good — MG Marg is within walking distance, which is very convenient for exploring the main area. Walking down to MG Marg is easy, but walking back up can be a bit challenging if you’re not very fit. However, taxis are readily available anytime for just ₹200, which makes it manageable. The hotel staff are very cooperative and helpful throughout the stay. One area of improvement could be their adherence to timing, which was a bit loose at times. The rooms were good — clean, comfortable, and equipped with all necessary amenities. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All in all, Hotel Keepsa is a good property and a solid choice if you are planning to stay near MG Marg.

Terrible Stay
There were several issues during my stay at this hotel. There was a loud banging noise I could hear coming from the main floor incessantly. The room service was extremely slow. I was told bathroom slippers were out of stock but when I called in the morning, two pairs were delivered. I trapped a fly in two glasses and took it to the front desk but it took me forever to receive my two glasses back. Finally when they arrived I was in the bathroom and the guy left them on the floor outside. I forgot my jacket in the room and had to make over 20 calls and messages to get them to send only to the wrong address. I’m hoping I will receive it finally. I already paid a hotel staff member as instructed to get it couriered. Breakfast was late on my day of departure. Communication in general is poor and coordination between staff even worse. The location is atop the mountain at an obscure location, and there is a steep incline from the MG Road. There also is no heat and they ask for money for a room heater. The hotel seems to be undergoing some financial strain where services are getting compromised.

not worth the price
1. Food quality is good 2. Interiors are new 3. View from some rooms are overlooking slums specially the ones mentioned as overlooking road. So images are not accurate on google maps etc. 4. The restaurant charged 18% gst on veg food menu also. 5. Some of the staff are good but some others seem like interns undergoing training.

A Beautiful stay
stayed 2 nights in the property, enjoyed the hospitality. Hotel is in Kazi road, near to MG Market (5 min walking, if you know the road). Resturent was good too. 2 things to remember, this is a pure veg hotel so non vegetarians should be aware of this. The top floor don't have lift facility so elderly people and people having difficulties with stairs should avoid this floor. Staffs were helpful and friendly, room were huge. Cozy and clean . shall visit again

location is very good, premium rooms with balcony has view of kanchanjunga.MG road is just 5 min walk from hotel but while coming back it's very steep climb towards hotel. for old people not possible to walk, taxi will be required. Food is delicious and it's pure veg restaurant. room heater will be available at extra cost. All staff is very helpful
