Good experience food was good and stay was comfortable

Good clean rooms, excellent staff, quick service and delicious food.

Best hotel in gangtok, only 15 min far from mg marg. My experience in this hotel is good, i stayed 3 days in this hotel.

Room size was small very limited options in buffet far from mg road

I am booked this hotel for 2 days. 27th sept to 29 sept, There is heavy rain from 25th sept I already informed hotel that i am unable to to come because of heavy rain and Land Slides on NH 10, But the Hotel is denied to cancel my bookings. They asked me to come on 27 th and told me that all roads are clear. On Arrival date of 27 th i am on the wayside to hotel from darjeeling but after melli the roads are closed due to heavy rain and land slides. I am totally stuck on roads between melli and singtam. In that time i also called hotel to cancel my booking but they denied. They told me take another route. In another route i am stuck in land slide. In total 8 am to 6 pm i am in that car and stuck with my wife. At last i am taking a off side homestay to stay that day in middle of jungle. That hotel denied every time to cancel the booking and refund for it. I have lost more than 15000 for the journey and homestay. Very much bad experience with that hotel. Please don’t book this hotel and other Rufina Properties. The management is worst.

Rooms are clean and spacious. And staff is polite. We have a pleasant stay.

It was very nice staying here. Staffs were good with there service. We will be visiting soon again.

Excellent hotel with extremely clean & comfortable rooms. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the salena chhetri mam. The staff was really helpful and courteous and there service is great. We had a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! it's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

We booked rufina pinasa for 2 nights and stay was super comfortable with clean rooms and washrooms. Staff was courteous specially miss salena who helped us during entire stay. Location is great at prime location and you can find taxis for anywhere anytime.
