Excellent Stay
The hotel is a beautiful and neat and clean property. The rooms are spacious and clean. We stayed in Hazel suite which was quite big.. The bathrooms were also clean and spacious with sufficient toiletries and hair dryer too. The food was equally delicious specially the breakfast spread was great. We also had their buffet dinner one night which was limited in options but delicious. Big cheers to the staff who were very polite and cooperative be in anything. They also had a small cafeteria with lots of freshly baked goods for your small hunger pangs! Location is very near to MG marg and Lal bazaar market area, though the road is quite steep. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend them to anyone visiting Gangtok.

Big juicy chicken with the cheese on top of the cheese on it is so delicious I can’t even imagine what that would taste like without cheese and cheese and the sauce would taste so much different and it would make it look like it was made from cheese

Good Stay
The Fern at Gangtok is at good location and near to Gangtok Mall market. We family of 4 availed premium Suite - found room cleaned & hygienic... Nice ambience at Hotel.. Only note to take care while taking room just confirm condition of TV.. Coz when my kid wanted to see it then v found it screen were cracked and their room servers were asking us how did it happened.. It was embarrassing for people like us when u r clueless about when u hv taken suite for ur leisure and not to prove u r not guilty... However their management could see the status of their guest and replaced the TV

I had an excellent stay in Fern Hotel Gangtok. Staff is supportive and cooperative. Breakfast is having vast variety of food. Fern Hotel Gangtok is having advantage of location as it is near to MAll road.Excellent option to stay with family in Gangtok.

Premium Rooms are great for a small family of 4. Great view of the valley. Breakfast spread is good having a typical mix of items needed for an affluent crowd. Housekeeping was overwhelmed since the hotel was running packed in May due to the season. Walkable from MG Road/ Lal Market. Wonderful location

Fern Denzong is located very near to mall road but you have to get a steep slope down to reach it. Food is good. Rooms are well maintained. Scenery from the room is awesome but you have to make do with lot of mist

Fern Denzong in Gangtok is a nice hotel with comfortable rooms, a nice restaurant offering a wide selection of food and drinks, and a delightful cafe with a Gelato store at the reception.. The hotel staff is very helpful, which makes for a hospitable environment for guests..

Room ambience was good.. Room was spacious ...has 2 beds. one Queen bed and one child bed. Could able to comfortably accommodate 2 Adults and my 3 Kids. Staff behaviour was polite and friendly. complimentary breakfast was good
