courteous staff and great service.
Pleasant view, courteous staff and a very friendly manager. In my stay in sikkim in 3 summit hotels. I would mark this as really clean tidy and well mannered staff and hospitality that i got from the stays in 3 different summit hotels i have stayed.

Exceptional Experience
Had an amazing stay at Summit North Star. The staff was very polite, helpful and kind. Food was super yummy, especially Chilly Fish, Shoutout to the wonderful chef for all the delicious food. Special mention for Mr Karan who made our stay super convenient. Good bye Gangtok

I love the location but service and pool was not clean.

Average Stay
The view from the hotel need to be given 5 stars but the food and resturant was not upto mark according to the prices.The pool and ambience was great.
