The room size and property location is good but there is limited option for food and breakfast.The facilities are not upto the mark.The property is accessible for person who use wheel chair but not the wash room which has step in the room...cudnt understand this.The staff are polite.Over all not upto Wyndham standard.

location is very good. All amenities are good. food is delicious. service is excellent. staff are very polite.

Property is not well maintained and is run by some random guys,they have 100 of random rules stuck everywhere.

Hotel was clean & food quality was also good.It also had a generator backup which is most required in this hilly areas

location of the property is convenient in terms of parking space and finding the property. Rooms are comfortable and is good .

Hotel staff were very nice and cooperative but probably while we arrived the occupancy was low so we felt the charm was not there, passage lights were very dull and only few were switched on. Suite room which we booked was nice. Water pressure in shower is excellent but it takes few minutes for hot water to start flowing bcos of long pipeline.

Days inn is good place to stay in gangtok, they have nice valley view rooms, spacious and good food,

Looking forward to better facilities in the meal section and bakery section

Hot water not available in evening & night. Morning breakfast buffet spread not there due to very low occupancy. we were told to choose from selected items only. restroom doors not locking, if locked not opening😜😂.

Stay at property was very comfortable. Very well maintained & absolutely clean property. Hospitality displayed by the staff was very good and the food served was great 👍. 5-star rating given.

Room was not cleaned the second day of stay. Breakfast was ok. Gym was pathetic, should be upgraded. Credit card machine was not working at the time of checkout. Net was not working properly.

It was impossible to sleep after 1 am, there was a lot of noise, banging of doors. Zero consideration for the guests sleeping. Couldn't get any sleep at all.

This was an excellent stay. The location, rooms, and above the staff are excellent. The staff of especially aniket and rube l went above and beyond, to make sure everything is taken care of. I must say i have never met such humble ready to help people. The food is above average in the buffets but the thakali is quite good. Overall an excellent stay.
